Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth Baragiola, MBA.

Hi Elizabeth, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I am a recent US citizen, living and working in South Florida for about seven years. I have a degree in International Business, a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Universidad del Salvador (ARG) and SUNY (the State University of New York at Albany). I have completed University Certifications such as Florida Global University in the field of Digital Marketing, Digital Auditing, Digital Business Management, and Electronic Commerce.

I have been working since I was 15 years old, having taught Mathematics and English to children and adolescents, and then I have reinserted myself in business work since I was 19 years old.
After finishing high school, I entered the University. I work for big and important brands such as Microsoft, Toshiba, Ford Motors, General Electric, and Disney in roles such as Product Manager, Sales, and Marketing Manager Operations Manager, PR Liaison and Consultant, and Process Improvement Management. In 2005 when I received my first Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, I started teaching at the Universidad del Salvador, in charge of the Marketing Services subject, and from there I opened my own Traditional and Digital Sales and Marketing Consultant for LATAM and the USA., expanding in the European territory.

Personally, as a child, teenager, and even in adulthood, it has cost me a lot to get to where I am, but over the years, experience and wisdom, I managed to recover from everything, empower myself and dedicate myself to helping people, professionals and companies to understand that it is possible, that there are many tools available inside and outside of us, that it can be achieved and that the attitude and mentality accompanied by our thoughts are what co-creates our life itself at all times.

Everything we want can be achieved, nothing is impossible, everything is in our mind, soul, spirit, and heart, and how we see ourselves, treat ourselves, and feel is what we shoot outwards and that outside responds to what came from within. of us. Outside nobody did anything to me and nobody is to blame, I am the fruit of my own inside. And today, I am more than satisfied with the result. It was worth the whole journey, I learned a lot and now I have to teach everything I know, to level and show others who need me that it is possible.

VIP Consulting & Solutions US is a Digital Marketing Agency 2005 working for SMEs (small and medium enterprises) generating value in advertising, brand image, national and global business growth, lead generation, business coaching, automation, and presence in social networks. , brand expansion, and results in 180 degrees.

Over almost 30 years on the road, I have happily been helping and generating value in companies of all sizes through Consulting as a Growth Marketer, it is a complete 180-degree vision in all areas of marketing, sales, operations, and process improvement that helps them position themselves, work strategies, tactics, execution, and measurement of plans efficient by areas, long-term stable ROI and growth in national and international markets.

In turn, my second profession is the following: I have been an associate real estate broker since 2017, I work with Realty ONE Group Evolution and help families, investors, and people who need to relocate in South Florida to know the best real estate options that change their lives for the better.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Yes, a lot of things. The importance of loving and valuing oneself inspires respect and appreciation from others.

Keep studying, and up to date with new applications, tools, and technologies as well as business management.

Do training that adds value, stay active, eat well, train, and cleanse yourself of negative thoughts.

Stay motivated, if you need a career coach, hire one!

Do not stay alone paddling, you need other people in the world, surround yourself with experts of the number one people in their field, they serve as an example, motivation, polish you and generate continuous value for you. Be good at what you do, invest in yourself and your knowledge, your career.
