Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Storm McCullough
Hi Dr. Storm, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Owning a school has always been a lifelong aspiration for me, and as the founder of R.E.D.D. (Race. Equality. Discovery. Diversity.) Learning Academy, I am proud to have turned this dream into a reality. Being a self-made entrepreneur, I have established a K-12 Private School that truly reflects my passion and dedication.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Through the fruits of my labor, I am able to confidently demonstrate my capabilities to the world. In the realm of education, I am constantly seeking growth and learning opportunities. I am grateful for the trust bestowed upon me by faculty, parents, and community leaders, as they stand by my side to resolve any obstacles that may arise.

REDD Learning Academy strives to exemplify a comprehensive approach to education that focuses on the development of the whole child. By offering project-based learning experiences and fostering a positive school community, students are actively engaged in their education. REDD adopts a holistic approach to learning, providing a challenging curriculum that emphasizes STREAM science ( science, technology, reading, engineering, arts, and mathematics). From Kindergarten to twelfth grade, students are prepared for success in an ever-evolving global society through a structured daily learning environment.
Through a FREE tuition at REDD Learning we are teaching our students how to become Producers vs. Consumers.
We prioritizes the integration of health and healthy lifestyles, ensuring emotional and physical safety for both students and adults. It promotes active engagement in learning and the broader community, providing access to personalized learning by supportive and qualified adults as well as rigorous academics. These connections foster international and unintentional learning opportunities through curricular connections and student-led learning. The school aims for students to extend their skills and develop their capacity to apply the educational program both on and off-campus, into the middle grades, and beyond. REDD strives to create an excellent academic environment where children can still enjoy their childhood while preparing for a limitless future.
