Today we’d like to introduce you to David Gosselin.
Hi David, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started in engineering working for General Dynamics building the Navy’s nuclear submarines. I became demotivated by corporate structure as I wanted to bring fresh ideas and work hard to get ahead. The first business that I started was a matcha green tea company.
This didn’t get far off the ground but I learned the power of social media influencers. While continuing with the tea business, I started A-List Me. At this time, A-List Me was different than it is now. A-List Me originally provided services to help musicians grow their social media fan base.
This lasted a few years before the focus shifted to providing representation to Influencers which is where our business is now.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No road is smooth.
There have been challenges at every point along the way and I expect to encounter many more challenges. The key is to embrace the journey, bumps and all.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
In Miami, there is always something to do. You will never be bored! Overall, Miami is great, but if I had to choose a negative it would be the extreme heat.
