Hi Daulet, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started as truck dispatcher and evolved into dispatch agency with 7 people and covering 20 trucks. Plus I own a brokerage company that helps me to find customers.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
11 years of joy and tears. Tough road, been in position where I thought of stopping everything because on Covid I lost my job. But that time appeared to be the beginning of my independent journey and started an agency

Our agency provides loads for car carriers across America. We find best paying loads and keep truckers busy on the road. We specialize on 9 car haulers (trucks that move 9 cars at once). We also have a brokerage that helps us to attract customers and provide them to truckers we work with. Proud to be fully immigrant owned and operated company. Our main differentiation is that owner of the agency used to run trucking company and knows all ins and outs, pros and cons, not only in dispatching and brokering loads, but safety, sales, accounting and human management. Owners personal network helps us to have access to most dealer chains, OEMs and colleagues in the industry
