Ana Zecca, the Broker-Owner of Zecca Realty Group, LLC, is a trailblazer in the real estate industry. Since founding her boutique real estate agency back in 2019, Ana has led her team to remarkable success, doubling sales production and achieving an impressive record of closing 100% of transactions in under 45 days. With a commitment to excellence, she specializes in selling, purchasing, and leasing single-family residences, condos, commercial properties, land, apartments, and preconstruction projects, including complex transactions such as Short Sales and REO deals. Ana firmly believes in prioritizing quality over quantity and is dedicated to delivering unmatched service to her clients.

Ana Zecca’s leadership transcends her role as a broker. She has made significant contributions to the real estate community, including serving as Co-Chair Director of Membership for the NAHREP South Florida Chapter and being elected to its Board in 2020. She is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. In both 2022 and 2023, Ana’s achievements earned her brokerage a finalist position for the prestigious Diamond Awards, with recognition for “Diamond in the Rough” and “Outstanding Real Estate.”

In 2023, Ana founded Toy Drive N. Events, Inc., a non-profit organization that builds on her 15 years of philanthropy, reflecting her deep commitment to community service. Her inspiring journey also captured the spotlight in an interview on The Travel Channel, further showcasing her multifaceted accomplishments.

Opening a new business during a challenging economic climate is no small feat, especially in the competitive world of real estate. For Ana Zecca, founder of Zecca Realty Group, LLC, the journey of building an independent brokerage without the backing of a well-known brand or franchise was a bold and strategic move.

Starting from the ground up, Ana knew she had to distinguish her company amidst fierce competition with larger, established brokerages. This meant enhancing services, doubling down on production goals, and staying nimble in an ever-changing market. Every dollar of the marketing budget was meticulously allocated, requiring creativity and innovation to establish Zecca Realty Group as a trusted name in the industry.

Before founding and serving as President and Broker of Zecca Realty Group, LLC, Ana Zecca built an impressive career in the real estate and hospitality industries, gaining extensive experience that laid the foundation for her success.

Ana spent over nine years as a Realtor Associate and later as a Broker Associate with Alaez & Associates, Inc., where she honed her skills in residential and commercial real estate. Before that, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at United Real Estate Group, LLC in Coral Gables, Florida, overseeing strategic sales initiatives across various markets. Her expertise spans prominent South Florida neighborhoods such as Miami, South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Aventura, and Miami Beach, among others. Additionally, Ana’s knowledge extends to international markets, with experience in the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and beyond.

In 2007, Ana joined Vistas International Realty as Branch Manager for Opera Tower, a preconstruction luxury condominium with 635 units. She also served as Sales Director for Seaside Tamarindo, a 105-unit condo project in Costa Rica with an estimated sell-out value of $53 million. At Vistas, Ana managed a branch team of 30 agents specializing in Opera Tower sales and the broader residential and commercial markets. The firm, known for its international alliances, boasted a network across countries like Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, and Venezuela, allowing Ana to deepen her expertise in global real estate.

Ana’s career is further distinguished by her 17 years of experience in hospitality sales, where she held leadership roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing for high-end resorts and boutique hotels across South Florida and abroad. Her work in hospitality involved extensive travel—having visited 27 countries—to represent brands at major industry events, product launches, and international expositions across Europe, Latin America, and the USA.

Ana’s multilingual skills and cross-cultural expertise have been critical to her achievements, enabling her to connect with clients and markets worldwide. With over 38 years of combined experience in sales and marketing across the hospitality and real estate sectors, she now leads a dedicated team at Zecca Realty Group, guided by her vision of excellence and innovation.

Today, Ana Zecca stands out as a dynamic leader who brings a wealth of knowledge, a global perspective, and a passion for elevating the real estate experience for her clients.

For over 14 years, Ana Zecca, President of Toy Drive ‘N Events, Inc., has dedicated herself to giving back to the community through charitable initiatives. Alongside her family, donors, and a network of tireless volunteers, Ana has been a driving force behind transformative efforts like the annual Holiday Toy Drive Collections. Her work goes far beyond simply raising funds; it involves rallying resources, time, and energy to create meaningful change in the lives of children and families in need.

Since establishing Toy Drive ‘N Events, Inc., Ana has broadened the organization’s scope, transforming it into a year-round force for good. Through a variety of events, fundraisers, and donation drives, the non-profit has touched the lives of underprivileged children and families—not just during the holiday season but throughout the year.

Ana and her team have partnered with numerous local entities and schools, such as District 6 Schools, Project Upstart South, North, and Central, and Hermanos De La Calle Organization. Past collaborations include impactful work with Mission Santa Ana, Sembrando Flores, “His House” Children’s Home, Camp Freedom, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Cancer Department. Educational outreach has included support for James H. Bright/J.W. Johnson Elementary, Redland Elementary, and schools across District 6 under the leadership of Mari Tere Rojas.

Over the years, Ana’s vision and commitment have helped bring joy to more than 7,000 children and provided critical support to over 700 families. From distributing toys to organizing community events, her efforts inspire others to contribute to the shared mission of spreading hope and smiles.
