Hi William, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Born in Havana Cuba 33 years ago and living in USA for the last five. I come from a family of barbers and hair stylists. I’m a hairstylist myself. Started at a really young age helping my mother with her clients. I have now about 20 years of experience. One of my expertise is curly hair but I can do everything, color cut styling for all textures,
Back in Cuba I was a numerous hair shows and tv shows.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Keeping myself center to my mission and trying to avoid distraction. Managing time between my work and spending time with my family.

Being a hairstylist is my passion and what I love the most is the interaction with my clients helping them achieve there desired looks and making them feel good about themselves. Empowering Individuals Everyday of my live. If I can change someone like for the better I will try.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Biggest risk of all was leaving everything bihind and come to a totally different country, learn a whole new language and finding a job opportunity on what I like to do.
