Today we’d like to introduce you to Westtopher.

Hi Westtopher, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I got started in music production mainly in my college days at Appalachian State University. Just learning how to make beats in my dorm rooms and that molded me, to get where I’m at today. Many years or mastering my crafting and networking was the key to a lot of my music success.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s never a smooth road when you really put the time, energy and your own money into what you want to pursue. A lot of late nights and days in the studio, just learning to get better. Sometimes running a little bit of sleep, when you still have to go to work in the morning the next day. being able to take criticism when people in the music industry.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a music produce and songwriter, along with having a background in Graphic Design. I’m well known for my music production and having a unique sound that stands out from the rest. Which a lot of artist want to work with me. I’m mainly proud of making this far in my career my way, no real handouts. I had to put in the work. What sets me apart from the others is, I’m always still willing to learn, be creative and try to master new things.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is shopping in the summertime’s on 7th ave in Manhattan with my Auntie and my father, hitting up Macy’s department store.
