Check Out Natalie Moyal’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Moyal.

Hi Natalie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am the owner and lead planner of Natalie Events. After graduating from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, I fell into the events world and never turned back – and don’t worry, I still am just as obsessed with fashion. I’ve been blessed to work with some amazing brands and people in my ten-plus years in the industry, producing weddings as well as events like Comic-Con, Coachella, beauty influencer conferences, celebrity events… you name it! I love creating relationships and customizing each event to my clients’ style and vision. My main goal every time: for guests to walk in to the event and be blown away.

When I’m not planning events, you’ll find me still planning parties for my family and friends, who mean the world to me. Puppies, tacos, espresso martinis, and traveling to new places are also on the top of my list of favorite things.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being an entrepreneur and business owner always has its challenges – it comes with the territory of running your own company! The hardest part for any new business is gaining that initial momentum and sticking to your dream even when the times are hardest.

No time for me in my entrepreneurial career was more challenging than in 2020. Not only was I managing through the pandemic on a personal level like so many others, but my industry was suffering. Work came to a complete halt. I had to postpone over a dozen weddings. It was absolutely heartbreaking to hear the frustration and disappointment in my brides’ voices. But thankfully, I work with amazing vendors, and I reminded myself every day to remain committed to my vision and belief in what we do. And now, with the whole world hopefully turning a corner in 2021, business is back and growing faster than ever.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
People always dream about what the best day of their life looks like, and I get to bring it to life for them. My services are designed to be tailored to each clients’ needs, because no two weddings or events are the same. Some need planning help for a year or more, while others may only need help for a few months leading up to the big day. Whether people want an intimate gathering in the Keys with their closest family and friends or a grand event in Miami, we always find a package that works. My goal is to be there every step of the way. To be an advocate, confidante, creative partner, and project manager.
