Check Out Maria Victoria Sanchez’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Maria Victoria Sanchez

Hi Maria Victoria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am an attorney with over 20 years of experience in corporate, venture capital, financing, and M&A across Latin America. I have extensive corporate expertise, having worked at Allende & Brea (Argentina), Patagon.com, MasterCard, JP Morgan, and earned an LLM from Harvard Law. I am admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and Argentina. Additionally, I lead a consultancy firm that helps clients navigate the process of obtaining Spanish citizenship under the Law of Grandchildren.

When not in the office, I enjoy playing tennis, reading and I am an active member of my community supporting local public education.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Throughout my career, I have navigated the challenges of balancing my professional and personal life, and as an immigrant, I have also faced the personal and professional hurdles of adapting to new cultures, legal systems, and networks—transforming those challenges into opportunities for growth and connection.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a corporate attorney with over 20 years of experience specializing in venture capital, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters across Latin America. I advise clients on complex business transactions and day to day corporate matters. I’m admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and Argentina, and also support clients seeking Spanish citizenship under the Law of Grandchildren.

In addition to my legal work, I founded Libro Mágico Amarillo, a publishing company that created personalized Spanish children’s books designed to make learning fun through engaging adventures.

Having worked across borders and adapted to new cultures as an immigrant, I believe what sets me apart is my resilience, global perspective, and ability to connect with clients on both a personal and professional level.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Spending time with my family and traveling with them because we share the excitement of discovering new cultures.
