Hi MANUEL, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Since childhood, I’ve always felt called to stand for truth and protect those who couldn’t defend themselves. That calling guided me into law enforcement, where I served as a sheriff’s deputy in South Florida. Those years taught me the true meaning of courage, compassion, and balance, and revealed that real protection extends beyond the physical; it’s about the body, mind, and spirit.
My spiritual journey began in the Church, but as I deepened my connection with God and explored my ancestral roots, I received visions and synchronicities that guided me toward my higher purpose. Today, as a spiritual healer and founder of Return to Spirit Reiki Healing LLC, I help others release pain, shame, and trauma while reconnecting with their divine essence.
I believe true spirituality means embracing both light and shadow. My mission is to remind others that the Spirit of God dwells within us all and that healing begins when we return to the truth of who we are.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Choosing to walk a spiritual path came with many challenges especially when it began to shift the dynamics within my family and friendships. Not everyone understood my calling, and at times I was judged or even distanced for honoring my African roots and embracing spiritual practices outside of traditional norms.
Resigning from law enforcement, a career I had poured years of my life into, was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. It was a leap of faith leaving behind stability to follow what Spirit was calling me toward. I faced criticism, misunderstanding, and moments of deep doubt.
As a first-time business owner, I’ve made my share of financial mistakes and learned a lot through trial and error. I’ve been scammed, overlooked, and stretched thin trying to figure things out on my own. But each challenge has been a teacher, refining my character and deepening my faith.
The biggest battle, though, has been internal learning to quiet my mind, remain positive, and trust divine timing when things didn’t go as planned. Through it all, I’ve learned that every setback carries wisdom, and every detour is a redirection toward alignment. My journey has taught me that purpose isn’t meant to be easy it’s meant to awaken you.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
In the most basic terms, I’m an energy healer. I help heal the aura through spoken word, Reiki healing, and high-vibrational crystals that support the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. My work bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding, creating a space for people to reconnect with their authentic selves and the divine light within.
I specialize in channeling energy through my voice, body, sound bowls, and crystals to cleanse, balance, and elevate the frequency of a person or space. I’m also known for my handcrafted wire wrapped crystal necklaces. Each one intentionally wrapped to carry a specific vibration and for my ability to channel emotional healing through spoken word as a modern-day Griot, a storyteller and keeper of ancestral wisdom.
One of the offerings closest to my heart is 1-on-1 Soul Dialogue, a service I created by blending my spiritual practice with my background in law enforcement. It’s a personal, heart-centered conversation designed to help individuals release what’s weighing them down and reconnect with their inner truth. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we explore thoughts, emotions, and spiritual experiences, guiding clients toward clarity, peace, and self-understanding.
Through my sessions and services that I offer, clients often experience:
Clarity: seeing situations from a higher perspective
Peace of mind: quieting mental noise and finding inner stillness
Energy release: letting go of stagnant or heavy emotions

What I’m most proud of is that, despite everything life has thrown my way, I stayed true to the path God placed within me. I chose authenticity. I chose healing. I’ve witnessed firsthand not only within myself but through others the undeniable truth, love, and power of God. That’s what gives me the strength to persevere through anything.
What sets me apart is the duality of my experience and the lineage I come from. I carry the bloodline of healers and the wisdom of a reincarnated soul who remembers. My journey through law enforcement gave me a rare perspective one that has allowed me to walk through the shadows of society and help others see the light within themselves. My work embodies both protection and healing, reminding us that divine purpose shines brightest in balance.

When I tell people that im a reincarnated soul thats more of a spirit than human. Then I show them a photo of me in 1890 that resembles me today, and begin to talk about the spiritual realm.
