Today we’d like to introduce you to Julio Escudero. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Julio Escudero Makeup Artist & Celebrity Hair Stylist. Born in Medellin, Colombia, Julio studied Pharmacy and Business Administration Whole at university. He had it clear in his mind that education was the only way to open doors and ultimately make his dreams come true.
In 2015, He moved to the City of Miami in search of his true passion and talent. Escudero says that it was not easy; he had many jobs in restaurants l, hotels, and stores, taking whatever jobs could to sustain himself and get ahead.
In 2018, he made the decision to study cosmetology where he found his true passion. In 2021, thanks to his determination and discipline Andres Felipe Cabrera CEO of MUBA Cosmetics and Makeup artist Director for Miss Universe, allowed Julio to join the team of stylists for the 69th Miss Universe Competition. From that moment on, his life was not the same again.
For that occasion, he was the stylist for Andrea Meza, the Mexican winner of the competition. And, since, then he has become the stylist and makeup Artist for different artists, beauty Queens, and Superstars. He was selected again for 70th Miss Universe competition in Eilat ISRAEL. He currently shares his knowledge on different segments of Telemundo programs. He has also collaborated on different advertising campaigns with EBOX HAIR in the development of Brand and color trends.

Being able to accept myself as I am, where I come from, and earn admiration for my work and talent is the biggest obstacle I’ve ever overcome.
