Hi Gonzalo, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a 25-year-old model and fashion influencer who has lived in Miami for more than 6 years. I started showing and sharing my tastes for fashion and today I dedicate myself to social networks helping other people improve their style and inspire them to be more successful people and feel satisfied with themselves, in addition to advising them on everything related to men’s fashion, grooming and personal care.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Living 100% from social networks is not easy at all, since few people can achieve it and maintain it for so many years. The key has always been consistency and perseverance over time and up to this day, and having clear objectives. It has been a very long process and path, but I still enjoy it as much as the first day. Serving as an inspiration has always been one of my extra motivations and a plus that has always helped me not to give up.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I have gone through many stages covering many niches, at first I started as a model and men’s fashion influencer, which over the years and experience I have been perfecting, I went through my stage as a tiktoker and youtuber teaching and advising other men to bring out their best version and be more confident people and helping them find their style and today I also dedicate myself to what is male grooming and personal care in addition to continuing to do all of the above. It is hard work since my job today covers many aspects but I enjoy doing it. What has always made me stand out on social media and one of the reasons why perhaps I am where I am and am who I am is that I was always focused on myself and on helping others from my place. I have always been sincere and direct in everything that is social media, since behind the screen many times a character is created to go viral and attract attention, and sooner or later that has an expiration date, in my case no, I have always been me and the fans who have followed me since the beginning know that I am still the same sincere and transparent person and that I only seek to inspire and be able to help others.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
One of my keys has always been perseverance and consistency. I think they are two key points that are needed in any area or project in life. Many people give up when they don’t see results, or they are too focused on what others are doing and comparing themselves, and in this way it is easier to get frustrated perhaps, but if you trust in yourself and have clear goals and objectives, sooner or later you will achieve it.
