My story begins in Peru and I say that with enormous pride and deep gratitude.
Peru shaped everything that I am. Growing up there gave me qualities that no business school or corporate career could ever teach: genuine warmth, extraordinary hospitality, a deep and unconditional care for people, the courage to take bold risks, and a vibrant, adventurous spirit that sees possibility everywhere. In Peruvian culture, hospitality is not a courtesy — it is a way of life. You open your heart before you open your door. You make people feel seen, celebrated, and at home from the very first moment. That is how I was raised. That is how I live.
In my early twenties, that adventurous spirit took me everywhere. I came to Miami for the first time — and something in me immediately recognized it. The vibrant culture, the vibrant energy, the colors, the warmth, the life — it matched something deep inside me. It matched my personality. It matched my soul. But I was young, curious, and hungry to see the world. So I kept moving. I traveled extensively — different countries, different cultures, different chapters — absorbing everything the world had to offer. Those years gave me something invaluable: a global perspective, a deep cultural fluency, and an ability to connect authentically with people from every background and every corner of the world.
But even through all that wandering y soul already knew. Miami never stopped calling. Every time I visited, something in me exhaled. The ocean. The sunshine. The energy. The warmth. My heart recognized it long before my life was ready for it.
Then life sent me north.
Six years in Chicago and Chicago was a completely different world. A shock to my system. Fast, structured, relentless, and cold in every sense of the word. I won’t pretend I loved it. Honestly, there were moments I truly didn’t like it at all. But Chicago built me.
Those years working at the highest levels of luxury branding and marketing — alongside CEOs, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and some of the most influential personal brands in the country — forged a version of me I didn’t know existed. I became strong. Independent. Direct. Disciplined. I learned that with the right preparation and the right work ethic, there are absolutely no limits.
But through every cold winter, every demanding boardroom, every gray Chicago morning — my heart never stopped pointing south. Back to the ocean. Back to the sunshine. Back to Miami.
Chicago was never my final destination. It was my school. And the moment I had everything I needed, I came home.

This is still the beginning of my story here in South Florida — and I have never been more excited, more grateful, or more alive.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth? Absolutely not. And I wouldn’t change a single moment of it.
The road has been beautiful and brutal in equal measure. Moving between countries, cultures, and careers — building yourself from scratch more than once — is not a linear journey. There were moments of doubt, moments of reinvention, and moments where I had to trust a path I couldn’t fully see yet.
One of my biggest personal struggles? Patience. I will be completely honest — I am not a patient person by nature. I am wired for movement, for results, for now. When I know something is right, I want it to happen immediately. That fire has served me well in business — it makes me relentless for my clients, always pushing, always finding a way. But it has also been one of my greatest personal lessons. Real estate, like life, does not always move on your timeline. The right deal, the right client, the right moment sometimes it requires you to slow down, trust the process, and let things unfold.
I am still learning that lesson every single day.
