Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Rossato-Wolfe.
Hi Bianca, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
B saVAnt was created in a moment of clarity during what should’ve been a really uncertain time. I had just been laid off and like most people would, I started applying to jobs. But every time I hit “submit,” I felt this deep frustration. I wasn’t just applying for roles… I was trying to shrink myself into boxes that didn’t fit.
I’ve built my career wearing a lot of hats: marketing, sales, content creation, admin ops, social media strategy. I’m a doer, a builder, a creative thinker and a systems girl all at once. And yet, none of the roles I saw made space for that kind of range.
Then one day, someone in my network reached out and asked if I could help with a project. I said yes. And that’s when the lightbulb went on! What if I stopped waiting for someone to hire me and built something that reflects everything I bring to the table?
That’s when B saVAnt was born- a modern virtual operations company supporting small to medium-sized entrepreneurs who need high-level help. Not just a VA, but a behind-the-scenes powerhouse. I help with everything from content strategy to admin execution and I do it with speed, integrity and a whole lot of heart.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I also didn’t expect it to be. B saVAnt is still in its early stages and I’m only a few months in, but even in this short time, I’ve already felt the highs and the growing pains that come with building something from the ground up.
One of the biggest challenges has been imposter syndrome. Even though I know I have the skills, the experience and the drive, stepping out on your own hits differently. There have been moments where I’ve questioned if I’m doing enough, charging enough, or if I’m even “qualified” to run my own thing which is wild, because this is literally what I’ve done for other people for years.
Another challenge has been navigating capacity and boundaries. When you’re multi-skilled, people want a lot from you and fast. Figuring out how to structure my time, set healthy limits and start laying the groundwork for future scalability is a constant work in progress.
And on top of it all, I’m also a first-time mom. Balancing motherhood with building a business from scratch is not for the weak. It’s beautiful and overwhelming all at once- trying to be fully present at home while also showing up for my clients and my vision. Some days I feel like I’m crushing it and other days I’m just doing my best not to drop the ball. But every challenge so far has taught me something valuable. And honestly, I’d rather face the bumps on a path I’m building myself than cruise on a road that wasn’t meant for me.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Like I mentioned before, B saVAnt is a modern virtual operations company that supports small to medium-sized entrepreneurs with high-level help behind the scenes. What that looks like can vary client to client and that’s the beauty of it. One day I’m mapping out a content strategy, the next I’m designing graphics, writing copy, building workflows or handling executive-level admin and client communications. It’s part strategy, part creative, part execution and all about helping business owners stay in their zone of genius while I handle the rest.
What I’m known for (so far) and what clients come back for is the way I move. I’m fast, intentional, reliable and I treat their business like it’s my own. I bring structure, personality and polish to everything I touch. Whether it’s streamlining systems or making your Instagram pop, I bring that “this just feels like you” energy into every project.
I’m especially proud of the fact that I built this business from scratch- no funding no team, no roadmap. Just grit, skill and a belief that there was a better way to serve the people I wanted to work with. It’s still early, but the feedback and results so far have been more validating than I ever imagined.
What sets me apart is the combination of creativity and strategy. I’m not just an assistant. I’m the person who will help you dream it up, design it, organize it and deliver it, beautifully and efficiently. I’ve worked in corporate, in startups, in marketing, sales, operations and now I bring all of that to the table for my clients. No fluff. No delays. Just smart, creative, elevated support that actually gets results.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Honestly, I still feel like I’m just starting out. B saVAnt is only a few months old and I’m very much in the building phase. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned already, it’s this: you don’t have to have it all figured out to get started.
So many of us wait until we feel “ready,” but the truth is, clarity comes from movement. Every project, every client conversation, every late night brainstorm helps shape what this business is becoming. And that’s okay, it’s supposed to evolve.
If you’re just starting (like me), give yourself permission to be scrappy. Launch before you’re ready. Learn as you go. Focus on building relationships and delivering value; everything else (like the perfect logo or polished website) can come later.
And don’t underestimate your own instincts. If something lights you up, pay attention. If something feels off, you’re allowed to pivot. There’s no one right way to do this.
It’s still early for me, but I can already say that trusting myself, even when things feel messy, has been the best decision I’ve made.
