Check Out Ardanny De Faria Bilhim Magallanes’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ardanny De Faria Bilhim Magallanes.

Hi Ardanny, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a multidisciplinary artist, and my journey has been shaped by curiosity, discipline, and a deep need to create. I began my path in the creative world through visual storytelling, discovering filmmaking as a way to capture emotion, identity, and atmosphere through my lens.

Over the years, I have worked across music videos, fashion, portraits, events, and commercial productions, developing a cinematic and editorial style that is intentional and emotionally driven.

My background as a model and performer has given me a unique perspective behind the camera. I understand both sides of the creative process from the experience of being in front of the lens and the vision required behind it, which allows me to approach every project with empathy.

Beyond photography and film, I also explore other forms of artistic expression such as dance and music. I don’t see creativity as separate paths, but as one connected language that continues to expand through every experience I live.
Today, my work represents more than technical skill. It reflects my growth, my versatility, and my commitment to evolving as an artist without fitting into a single box.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been an easy road, but honestly, I wouldn’t change any of it.

If I had the chance to remove some of the hardest moments in my life, I wouldn’t. I’m deeply grateful for what I have, who I am, and what I’ve achieved, but I’m even more thankful for those difficult seasons, because they shaped the woman I’ve become today.

I’ve faced many challenges along the way. One of the biggest was moving to another country to study what I love without even speaking the language. I also stepped into a male-dominated industry at a young age, and as a woman, that came with its own set of obstacles and pressures.

There have been many other struggles I’ve had to face, but each one pushed me to grow. Even in moments when I doubted myself, my passion and determination carried me through and every challenge made me stronger and brought me closer to the person I am today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a filmmaker and visual storyteller, focused on capturing real moments and turning them into meaningful, emotional narratives. I specialize in creating cinematic content whether it’s events, brands, or personal stories but always with an intentional and artistic approach.

What I’m known for is the way I translate feelings into visuals. For me, it’s not just about how something looks, but how it makes people feel. I pay a lot of attention to atmosphere, details, and authenticity, making sure every piece tells a story that connects.

What I’m most proud of is the way I see the world and how I translate that into my work. I’m passionate about highlighting the importance of every person behind the final result, showing that nothing we see is created alone and every single thing in our world has a propose.

What sets me apart is my passion, along with my persistence and determination—but above all, my diverse artistic skills. I am a model, a pole dancer, and a musician, which I have pursued as a hobby with a high level of passion for over 10 years. These abilities allow me to approach every project with a unique perspective, paying close attention to detail and bringing a deeper understanding of the creative process.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Keep going, and trust both the process and yourself!
