Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Barrón.
Hi Anna, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
It all started on August 22, 2022, thanks to a YouTube video where I shared with my audience how I renewed my American passport and soon, people started contacting me asking if I could help them with the process. That’s how I’ve been helping a lot of people with their passports and more documents.
In 2023, I decided to study business administration because it greatly contributes to the development and proper functioning of my own brand. It has gone through several rebrandings because I’m always creating and updating my ideas. Today, I proudly say that I am the creator of
“From an American to the World.”
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There will always be drops and a lot of learning for those who want to start their own business.
It’s not easy, nor does it happen overnight; it requires a lot of perseverance and patience. Of course, before “From an AMERICAN to the world” I launched small projects to earn my own money. Some were successful for a while, and others never even saw the light, but that’s part of the process. We come to this life to learn, and it’s worth trying everything before it’s too late and all we have in our minds is the what if?… scenario.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m exactly one year away from graduating from university, so my degree is one of the most important things I’m doing right now. I’d love to specialize in MKT as my terminal study area, It would help me further boost my projects and ventures. I also create travel content on my YouTube channel, right now I’m just focused on posting on this platform to get the focus and growth I need, creating videos also helps me connect with my audience and potential clients, as it complements the work I do at “From an American to the World” and I really enjoy traveling as it’s one of my favorite hobbies.
Ironically, I’m known as “the passport girl” and I love it! This is totally who I am.
I am so proud of the Anna of 2020. Thank you for not giving up. 🤍 Just seeing how far I’ve come today fills me with emotion. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to incredible places, meet wonderful people, achieve small and big goals, and I know there’s still so much to do and so much to discover.
It’s so easy for me to talk to people, I build trust and allow people to build trust with me, I am an honest person who performs my work with quality and that sets me apart from others.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
It’s hard for me to share just one memory, so here are three.
I was so blessed to grow up surrounded by love and wonderful memories.
1. I always loved dressing up as a princess, and I still feel like one. Some of my best childhood memories will always be wearing the dresses my maternal grandmother made for me.
2. Christmas and New Year’s at my grandparents’ house will always be some of my best childhood memories: those dinners filled with laughter, food cooked by my grandmother, and opening presents. (Life si still good but Oh Lord! to be able to travel time to those days…)
3. My brother and I loved recording ourselves with my Dad’s Blackberry. We sang, pretended to be reporters, vloggers, and spies.
