Meet Dennis Brown II

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dennis Brown II.

Dennis, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I started my Modeling journey just a few months back Spring of 2018, and I am 32 years old. A little late in the game but never too late. Things have picked up really fast. From being on Love and Hip-Hop, BET Hip-Hop Awards, movies, and a published model w/For the Love of Melanin. Such a lot in a short period of time right!?

That’s because of the drive and mentality I bring to a hustlers industry, which is what I call it. I am a former Pro Athlete that missed out of a long football career. By understanding that, I used it for motivation and took it to the corporate world and made a name for myself. Conquering that, I felt the need to take the risk and go for it all.

Throughout the years, I began to fall in love with the camera and taking pictures. Coupled with my personality, smile, and work ethic, the Lord laid it on my heart to take advantage of it.

Thinking back just a few years ago I would have never thought of this, and it goes to show you how life works. When someone ask me what my 5-year plan is, I don’t answer. I tell them I’m building today for tomorrow and whatever comes I will be ready for it.

We’d love to hear more about your work. What do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
I do quite a few things. I’ll start off with my Modeling acting career. The message behind my modeling is to inspire the doubtful and those on the cuff of wanting to do what they are thinking.

I recently started my career, and it was tough at first and all of a sudden, I am getting paid for it. So when individuals see me, they ask “how do you do it?” and I Tell them I just did it and I do it the way I want to. It gives the hopeless, hope and the weak, strength.

I also have my own reality TV show which caters to the hardworking single Women and Moms, Its called Super Women Deserve Dinner. I started this August 2018, and we are shooting our second episode. The passion and inspiration for this is to recognize the women and how hard they work. Give them a platform to inspire other women who may be going through the same things. We want to take a load off of them, and when they come home from work, we want dinner to be ready and waiting for them.

My third creation is my invention, which I can’t speak on too much but it is for pets and looking to hit the market in 2019.

How can artists connect with other artists?
I’ve heard this before, but it’s by choice. If you want to connect with other models, its something you have to get through your mind that its just reaching out to introduce yourself.

Something I do often go to events where other models and photographers are at. You never know who’s looking for you.

Where would one go to see more of your work? How can people support you and your artwork?
You can see my work on Instagram (d.xperience) and Facebook (Dennis Brown II).

You can support my work just by sharing it and giving positive feedback. It will take you 5-7 seconds of your time.
