Hi Anthony, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Who are you learning from right now?
Myself
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Original Sin Tavern isn’t your average bar — it’s a gritty, soulful hideaway where locals and travelers collide over cold drinks and raw, live music. Tucked away with that classic dive bar charm, we keep things real: dim lights, loud amps, and a no-frills vibe that feels like home for anyone who walks through the door.
We’re all about good music, strong pours, and an atmosphere you can feel in your bones. Whether you’re here for a late-night show, a post-shift beer, or just to soak in the ambiance, Original Sin delivers that unpolished magic you can’t fake — the kind of place where unforgettable nights begin (and sometimes end).
Original Sin Tavern – Welcome to your favorite dive you haven’t found yet.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I didn’t believe you could be anything you wanted.
Maybe I saw too much struggle. Maybe the world looked too rigid — like success belonged to other people, in other places, with other kinds of lives. Dreams felt distant, unrealistic, reserved for the lucky.
Now, I believe the opposite.
I believe everything is achievable — not because it’s easy, but because the limits I once accepted were never real to begin with.
With clarity, work, and belief, mountains move. Doors open. You become the thing you once thought was out of reach.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes. There was a time I almost gave up.
Not because I was weak, but because I was tired.
Tired of pushing with no clear result.
Tired of showing up when nothing seemed to move.
Tired of caring so deeply and feeling like it didn’t matter.
I questioned everything — my path, my worth, my voice.
And for a moment, giving up felt easier than holding on.
But something small — a word, a person, a quiet part of me — said:
“Not yet.”
So I stayed.
Not with perfect strength, but just enough to take one more step.
And that step changed everything.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What do you believe is true but cannot prove?
I believe there’s meaning woven into the mess — even if we don’t see it until much later, or maybe never at all.
It’s not about fate, or everything being “meant to be.”
It’s about believing that what does happen can shape us, soften us, and sometimes — save us.
I can’t prove that’s true.
But it’s what keeps me going.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If immortality were real, what would you build?
If I had forever, I wouldn’t rush.
I’d build something that outlives trends, ego, and the need to prove myself.
Not for legacy, but for depth.
