An Inspired Chat with Vivian Antevy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Vivian Antevy . Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Vivian , we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to fully embrace and integrate my energy work into my facials, something I resisted for a long time. I actually grew up surrounded by it; my mother is a well-known Reiki practitioner and healer, so energy work was always a part of my life. I was comfortable receiving it, but for some reason, I shied away from offering it.

As a medical aesthetician, I always leaned into the clinical side: the science, the chemistry, the anatomy of the skin. I love understanding how ingredients and modalities work on a cellular level, and for years that was my focus. But over time, I began to feel that something was missing. I started realizing that the skin, the body, and the energy field are all deeply connected, and that true transformation happens when you nurture both the physical and energetic layers.

This realization led to the birth of Skin Soul Science™, an approach that unites the precision of clinical skincare with the intuitive power of energetic healing. The results have been beyond anything I achieved before. Clients not only look more radiant, they feel lighter, grounded, and more balanced. It’s been a beautiful homecoming for me, returning to something that was always a part of me, but now through my own expression.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Vivian Antevy, and I’m a licensed medical aesthetician and educator based in South Florida. I’m the founder of Skin Soul Science™, a holistic yet clinical approach to skincare that blends advanced skin therapies with energy healing to restore balance, radiance, and vitality from within.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the aesthetics field with a deep fascination for skin biology and the science behind transformation. But as I evolved both personally and professionally, I realized that healthy skin isn’t just the result of what we apply topically—it’s also a reflection of our internal and energetic state. That understanding inspired me to merge science, soul, and healing into one experience.

Every facial I perform is a ritual designed to release tension, reawaken circulation, and reconnect clients to themselves on a deeper level. It’s both results-driven and energetically restorative. The result is skin that glows, but also a person who feels renewed.

Beyond the treatment room, I’m also passionate about teaching other aestheticians how to bridge the gap between clinical precision and soulful care. My goal is to inspire a new generation of practitioners to see the skin not just as an organ to treat, but as a reflection of the whole being.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I think what breaks the bonds between people is disconnection. When we stop truly seeing, hearing, and feeling one another. It often happens quietly, when fear, ego, or pain take the place of empathy and presence. We start protecting ourselves instead of opening ourselves.

What restores those bonds is the willingness to soften again. To listen with the heart, to forgive, and to remember that we’re all human and all doing our best. Connection is energy, and it flows when there’s honesty, compassion, and authenticity.

In my work, I see how energy mirrors emotion, the same way tension in the face can reveal what the heart is holding. Healing relationships isn’t so different from healing the skin or fascia. It’s about creating space, releasing what’s stuck, and allowing flow to return. That’s where love and connection naturally rise again.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell her to stop trying to have it all figured out. To trust that everything she’s meant for will come, even if it doesn’t look the way she imagined. I’d remind her to soften, to listen to her intuition, and to stop shrinking to make others comfortable. Everything she’s searching for is already inside her.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
That more is better, and that transformation only comes from aggressive or invasive treatments. The truth is, the skin doesn’t need to be forced — it needs to be guided. I utilize advanced technology and science in my work, but always in harmony with the skin’s natural biology. The skin is designed to heal and stay in balance; when we work with it instead of against it, that’s when real, lasting results happen

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m finally doing what I was born to do. For a long time, I followed what I thought I should do; the logical, practical path. But my work now feels like home. It’s the perfect blend of everything I love and everything that feels natural to me . Science , healing, energy, and connection. It’s what I was meant to create, and I can feel that in every part of it.
