We’re looking forward to introducing you to Victoria Vita. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Victoria, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Alongside my primary work in tech and my journey of building a career as a global talent here in the U.S., I’ve been nurturing a passion project that’s incredibly close to my heart. About a year and a half ago, I made a conscious choice to be a contribution to the growth and prosperity of women around the world — and that decision led me to becoming the President of ISOUL, a global women’s community, here in Miami.
Today, we unite talented women across 28 countries and multiple cities in the U.S. It’s a mission that means the world to me – and I truly hope, to the world as well.
What brings me the deepest joy right now is pouring my energy, knowledge, and experience into others.
We’re now transitioning into an official organization —The ISOUL Global Women’s Association — a space created to empower visionary women entrepreneurs, executives in tech, experts, investors, and content leaders across the globe.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Victoria Vita, for over 15 years, I’ve navigated the seas of global marketing, mass media, and groundbreaking innovations in digital advertising as a successful C-level manager.
Working as a visionary, strategist, and business developer, I’ve steered towards the trendiest avenues of business growth. My journey includes work for the most esteemed global brands and campaigns, ranging from mass-market giants like Coca-Cola, IKEA, Citibank, L’Oréal, Nestle, Phizer, Nivea to the epitome of luxury, Chanel, Cartier, Tiffany.
I am deeply inspired by technology revolution 4.0 , web 3 and the rapid evolution of AI – I see its immense potential for everyone. That’s why 6 years ago I transitioned from the field of global marketing and creative advertising into the dynamic sphere of Tech, Innovation & AI.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a girl with a wild imagination, a deep sensitivity to energy and people, and a quiet knowing that I was here to create something meaningful – something bigger than myself.
I didn’t have the words for it back then, but I felt things deeply, noticed what others didn’t, and carried this passion inside: not to follow the rules, but to rewrite them. I was always a bridge between worlds: logic and intuition, business and soul, structure and flow.
Over time, the world tried to shape me – into roles, expectations, titles. And for a while, I played along.
But that original version of me – the visionary, the feeler, the seeker, the quiet rebel, never really left. I’m just now giving her the full seat at the table. And honestly, she’s the one running the show now.
Cuz Life is a big Playground for big girls with passionate heart
Is there something you miss that no one else knows about?
I wish I had known, when I was a little kid, that simple truth – that the incredible potential for Everything you want is limitless.
That from the moment you’re born, you already have all the tools & skills to turn that “Potential Nothing” into the most powerful “Everything.”
All it takes is choosing what you truly want.
I wish every child in the world knew their power and magic. That all their dreams are real and that the limits come from adults who simply forgot how to play and feel joy.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
Coming from the media and marketing world, I know one thing for sure – a lot of what we take as truth or information is, in fact, subtle manipulation.
Advertising doesn’t just inspire you to dream – it masterfully sells you goals, values, and lifestyles that were never really yours to begin with. You’re being guided, quietly, without even noticing.
That’s why critical thinking is everything. And why it’s so important to make choices from your true self, not from what the world wants you to chase.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Oh yes. As someone who used to be a high-achiever to the core – checking off big goals one after another, I’ve absolutely been there. You finally reach the top of that mountain you were climbing, and five minutes later, the satisfaction isn’t what you imagined. You’re already eyeing the next peak.
That experience taught me something powerful:
Life’s goal isn’t a DESTINATION – it’s the satisfaction you feel in the PROCESS, in the way you show up and move through each day.
Love what u do and you will always Do what you Love!
