Monik & Hector, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Without a second thought. Because I give more than people expect. Achieving the extraordinary is our goal. Because every event is a new opportunity to create something new: light, ideas, images, and, above all, priceless memories for those who hire us.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
We are husband and wife founders of Partigliani Productions TV. The perfect duo: a professional journalist and photographer, joined by a cinematographer and Steadicam operator. We both had the opportunity to gain fabulous experiences working on major television and news productions. We consider ourselves happy and enterprising, and that’s why we decided applied all that knowledge and experience to social and corporate events, giving them a unique twist. We have a wonderful team of photographers and cinematographers who are passionate about what we do. Our brand offers quality, excellent service, creativity and passion. Always seeking to exceed customer expectations.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
Working in news, where you face a different reality in society every day, always made us feel powerful. Powerful in being able to contribute to the growth of the community through our work. The same goes for social events, because we create lasting memories and that makes us happy.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Let’s move forward, enjoy the little things in life, capture happiness and wonderful moments.Keep dreaming and achieve one more of your dreams.
