Linda Heithaus shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Linda , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
When discussing my work as a medium, I used to try to validate or prove that it is real. I was afraid of being judged or labeled. I’ve been receiving many signs lately that it’s time to start sharing the beautiful spirit stories I’ve collected over the years. I felt a significant positive shift in my energy upon making this decision. Once I started sharing and speaking about my gift more openly, it was as if the universe collaborated with me and began giving me more stories to share. More people have been put on my path to work with. Instead of operating out of fear, I’m being guided by love and my higher self. By sharing these incredible experiences, I will help many feel connected, inspired, and comforted.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a certified empathic medium. My specialty is connecting with those who have crossed over to the afterlife/Heaven. I can use many different channels to download messages, all through a space of love. I can see spirits in 3D and see their physical appearance, including their clothing, makeup, and hairstyles. I can hear them speak telepathically, and sometimes I can even discern accents or other languages. I watch movies for greater depth and detail. I taste food, hear music, and feel the bond and love they have for you. All messages are channeled from a place of incredible love.
I’m proud of my accuracy when validating a spirit’s presence and specific things about them. I’ve worked very hard to develop symbols and other tools so I can quickly communicate with a spirit. Readings can be a powerful and transformative experience. They are healing and provide comfort and closure. My intention is always for whatever is meant for your highest and greatest good to come through. Many times, we laugh in readings as your loved ones joke with us and their personalities shine through. All of my work is done in a loving, energetic state, so the things I am shown are always through rose colored lenses, no matter how tragic or sad the situation is. Readings can be done in person or over Zoom. I can connect beautifully with anyone, no matter their physical location. I also love to channel pets. Many times, dogs, cats, and even birds come through.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed I had to be quiet. Now I see the value in sharing my stories, as they connect and inspire us.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Listening to music has always brought me the greatest joy. It transforms and raises my energy faster than anything else. It unlocks memories and heals me. It provides an escape from any negative thoughts and emotions. Now I understand our loved ones in spirit are in our favorite songs. Whenever I hear a song I love, it’s an instant connection to them. Sometimes I even hear music in readings. It could be a loved one’s favorite song or a song played at a wedding.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Integrity, being open and honest, and not judging others. In my life and work, it is crucial to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and love. Those cannot coexist with judgment or jealousy. The more I let go of judging others, the happier I feel. If I elevate my mindset, I feel lighter and have greater freedom.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am absolutely doing what I was born to do. I have never felt more fulfilled or more love than I do now. I see the impact my work has on the people I work with, and it gives me great joy to see them feel lighter and happier. I was born with this gift, yet I had to work hard and navigate through uncomfortable feelings and moments to reach the level I’m at now. Every day I get to work, I feel so grateful. It feels amazing to connect to a loved one and pass on their messages.
