Laura, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
My days usually start early with a moment of gratitude and planning. I like to organize my priorities, set my intentions, and make sure I’m aligned with my goals before jumping into the busy schedule of real estate and family life.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Laura Stella Guarín Niño, and I am a Realtor Associate at Interinvestments Realty. I specialize in helping families and investors find their dream properties in Broward and Miami-Dade.
What makes my work unique is that I don’t just sell homes—I build long-lasting relationships. For me, real estate is about listening, understanding each client’s vision, and guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
PG Dreams Realty was born from my passion to combine professionalism with a personal touch. I want my clients to feel that they are not just another transaction, but part of a community where their dreams matter. Right now, I am focused on growing my brand and helping more international investors and local families see Miami not just as a destination, but as a place to truly call home.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before becoming a Realtor, I built my career in marketing and sales, working in several companies where I honed my skills in business and client relations. From a young age, I learned the value of hard work and perseverance from my family. My father, a businessman in Colombia, and my siblings taught me the importance of dedication and consistency, while my mother showed me how to persist and never give up.
All these experiences shaped who I am today: someone passionate about real estate, committed to helping families and investors achieve their dreams, and always striving to combine professionalism with a personal, human approach.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most in life has always been the fear of failure. Early on, I wanted to do everything perfectly and sometimes hesitated to take risks. Over time, I learned that taking calculated risks, trusting my instincts, and seeing challenges as opportunities is what allows growth both personally and professionally. Today, I embrace challenges with confidence, knowing that every step, even if it comes with setbacks, brings me closer to my goals.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
One of the cultural values I protect at all costs is loyalty. Loyalty, trust, and commitment guide every aspect of my life and work. I also hold my faith very close, which gives me strength, clarity, and a sense of purpose. In both my personal and professional life, I believe that nurturing trust and staying true to my word is essential not only in relationships but also in building meaningful connections with clients and colleagues. These values define who I am and how I approach every opportunity, challenge, and decision.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I am true to myself living with integrity, following my values, and speaking honestly. I also feel this peace when I am with my family, helping others, and taking moments to give thanks to God for every blessing and success. In essence, I feel at peace when I embrace who I truly am, enjoy each moment, and live with gratitude and purpose.
