An Inspired Chat with Esther St Fort of Fort Lauderdale

We recently had the chance to connect with Esther St Fort and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Esther, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are quiet and intentional. I start by reading my Bible, diving into a devotional, and spending quality time with God in prayer and reflection. It helps me center my heart, gain clarity, and set the tone for the rest of my day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, my name is Esther, and I’m the founder of God’s Creation Custom Designs, a faith-based brand rooted in creativity, purpose, and the love of God. My business is centered around Him, and I specialize in customizing shirts to match each customer’s unique vision, whether it’s a meaningful quote, a personal message, or a spiritually inspired design. Every piece is made with care, prayer, and intention to uplift, encourage, and reflect the beauty of individuality through Christ. What started as a small idea has grown into a purpose-driven business where faith, creativity, and personal expression come together in a powerful way.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that has served its purpose and must now be released is the version of myself that played small out of fear, doubt, and the need for approval. For too long, I’ve carried limiting beliefs that made me question my worth, my voice, and even my calling. But I now recognize that those seasons were only meant to shape me…. not define me. It’s time to release that mindset and fully step into the bold, faith-filled woman God has created me to be. I’m no longer shrinking—I’m growing, glowing, and walking in purpose.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up. Life felt overwhelming, doors weren’t opening, and I started questioning if what I was doing even mattered. I felt unseen, unheard, and honestly tired. But in that low place, God reminded me why I started. He reminded me that the vision wasn’t mine alone, it was His. So instead of giving up, I gave it to Him. And little by little, He gave me strength, clarity, and peace. I’m still here because He carried me through.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that my nieces and nephews mean the world to me. They know how much I love and cherish them, not just as family, but as a big part of my heart. I’m always showing up for them, praying for them, and doing my best to be a positive example in their lives. Their joy, growth, and well-being truly matter to me more than words can express.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
I think people might misunderstand my legacy by focusing only on what I did, rather than the heart behind why I did it. They may see the creativity, the business, or the outward success, but miss the fact that everything I built was rooted in faith, love, and obedience to God. My legacy isn’t about being perfect or popular, it’s about planting seeds of purpose, inspiring others to walk boldly in who God created them to be, and leaving behind a trail of hope, healing, and authenticity.
