Denis Bibik shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Good morning Denis, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is a normal day like for you right now?
I wake up every day at 7am and start the morning with a walk with my dog, followed by a short run. Around 9am I begin working—following up with clients, sending emails, and handling my daily tasks. Most of the day I’m out showing homes to clients. I also make sure to post two reels every day, usually filming content as I tour beautiful and luxury houses for my marketing.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a real estate agent in Miami, and I have the privilege of showcasing some of the most stunning homes in the world. My journey started 8 years ago, far from luxury real estate—I was cleaning fish in a factory. Through hard work, consistency, and a vision for something greater, I transformed my life and career. Today, I’m proud to be selling multi-million-dollar homes and building a trusted name in Miami’s real estate market. My brand is all about inspiring people to dream bigger, while highlighting the incredible lifestyle and luxury mansions that Miami has to offer
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that really shaped how I see the world was when I was working 12–14 hours a day in a mechanic shop. I actually enjoyed the work, but after about six months, I realized that I wanted something more out of life. I always had the desire to be free, to work for myself, and to build something bigger than just a job. That realization pushed me to take a leap and start a real estate course—and that decision completely changed the direction of my life.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: “Keep pushing and believing in yourself. Everything you’ve always dreamed of is going to come—just stay consistent and never lose faith.”
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is my family, creating financial freedom, and staying consistent in everything I do. They’d also tell you that I’m not afraid of big changes, and that I’m willing to take big risks to achieve something greater.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I was a great father and husband, that I built a big business, and that I truly lived life to the fullest. I want to be remembered as someone who traveled, enjoyed every moment, and lived a happy and meaningful life.
