An Inspired Chat with Brittney Coke of Port Saint Lucie

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Brittney Coke. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Brittney, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
Often times my brand is misunderstood as it relates to the quality of products and services we offer.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Brittney Coke — a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content creator, entrepreneur, and the founder of Classify Beauty, a one-stop style shop for women who want to look and feel confident. My brand was born from a personal mission to simplify beauty and fashion while celebrating individuality. From clothing and shoes I design, to my cosmetics line, to custom made wigs, to press-on nails, Classify Beauty is where effortless glam meets everyday life. I’m passionate about empowering women to embrace their beauty and show up as their best selves — whether they’re headed to brunch, vacation, or just running errands in style. Right now, I’m expanding my brand’s reach through partnerships, creative content, and new hand selected collection of statement accessories and must-have outfits that speak to the modern woman who does it all — and wants to look good doing it.

Beyond Classify Beauty, my personal brand centers around showing women how to create full glam looks at home — without needing a team of stylists. I blend my creative side with a strong professional background in human resources and higher education, where I’ve led teams, developed training programs, and built a career around supporting others in their growth. As a content creator, HR Professional, and adjunct business educator, I use my platform to inspire women to own their power, invest in themselves, and confidently show up in every room they enter — whether online or in the real world.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My parents saw me clearly before I ever fully saw myself. They recognized my creativity, ambition, and leadership even in moments when I was still figuring it all out. They nurtured my confidence, reminded me of my worth, and gave me the freedom to dream big. Whether I was experimenting with fashion, building something from scratch, or stepping into new roles, they were always the first to say, “You’ve got this.” Their belief in me laid the foundation for the woman, entrepreneur, and creator I’ve become today.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
One of the defining wounds of my life happened in the 4th grade when I fell and injured my face — leaving me with a permanent scar just below my nose, above my mouth. I also lost a tooth and chipped two others. At that age, appearance starts to matter, and it could have easily shattered my confidence. But instead of allowing it to define me negatively, I embraced it as part of my story. That moment taught me early on that true beauty and confidence come from within. I chose to stand tall, smile anyway, and carry myself with pride — and that mindset has carried me through every season of life. It’s a daily reminder that our flaws can become our strength when we own them fully.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — the public version of me is absolutely the real me. I am who I post to be. What you see online is a true reflection of my personality, my style, my values, and my journey. I show up as myself, whether I’m sharing a glam look, a business update, or a personal moment. I believe in authenticity, and I take pride in being transparent with my audience — because real connection comes from being real.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Yes, I’ve definitely experienced moments where I got what I thought I wanted, only to realize it didn’t truly satisfy me. It taught me that success and material achievements mean little if they’re not aligned with your purpose. That realization pushed me to dig deeper and figure out what actually fulfills me — what lights me up and feels meaningful beyond the surface. Now, I prioritize purpose over perfection and fulfillment over validation. Chasing alignment, not just achievement, has made all the difference.
