We recently had the chance to connect with Aline Faro and have shared our conversation below.
Aline, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
What’s made me feel most proud recently is reconnecting with my creativity and successfully weaving it into my professional work. There’s something deeply fulfilling about launching projects like my regenerate your vibe guides and evolving Healing Chef into a full lifestyle brand – these aren’t just business moves, they’re creative expressions that feel authentic to who I am.
What really stands out to me is that I’ve been able to maintain and channel this creativity even while navigating life’s inevitable challenges. Instead of letting difficulties dim that creative spark, I’ve found ways to transform them into fuel for innovation. Whether it’s developing new protocols for women or exploring cutting-edge collaborations, I’m discovering that creativity isn’t just a nice-to-have in my work – it’s essential to how I problem-solve and connect with people.
There’s a particular joy in realizing that the challenges I’ve faced haven’t made me more rigid or cautious, but actually more creative and willing to take meaningful risks in my work.”
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Healing Chef Introduction
For 20 years, I have been crafting my most special recipe — one that no one has ever been able to produce or reproduce.
A recipe called Paradise on Earth.
It follows my tenets:
Gather the best healers, artists, scientists, and self-made individuals — those open to inclusion and the acceleration of conscious evolution.
Form a self-made tribe where we add value, create rituals, endure together, sit through the storms, embody love, vitality, and connection.
Fuel our bodies with nature’s antidotes. Thrive in nature’s embrace.
Nature is not perfect — it is abundantly beautiful.
Healing Chef is the preserved land calling everyone to taste her most authentic recipes — the ones that can heal the world.
She carries my name: ALINE Foods:
Amor — Love
Loucamente — Madly
Intensamente — Intensely
Naturalmente — Naturally
Especialmente — Especially
It is a self-crafted lifestyle — conscious, artisanal, handmade, self-made, whole.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling truly powerful takes me back to when I was 4 or 5 years old at a swimming competition. I had been taking swim lessons and signed up to compete in three events – butterfly, dolphin, and freestyle. I was excited until I actually arrived and saw the scene: a pool area packed with spectators and I was one of the very few girls competing in a field dominated by boys.
The crowd intimidated me completely. When it came time for the butterfly event, I was too shy and nervous – I couldn’t bring myself to get in the water. The second event, dolphin, came around and again, despite my coach’s encouragement and practically begging me to compete, I was paralyzed by fear and skipped it entirely.
By the time the freestyle event arrived, I was ready to give up completely. But my coach had a different approach. He said, ‘Just come close to the edge and have the experience of the preparation. When they trigger the starting signal, you don’t have to jump – just feel what it’s like to be ready.’ That felt manageable, so I agreed.
I got into position at the starting blocks with all the other swimmers. The official called out the commands, building to that final ‘GO!’ – and in that split second, my coach gave me a gentle push into the water.
Something extraordinary happened in that moment. All my fear transformed into pure determination, pound I swam faster than I had ever swum in my life. When I touched the wall and turned around, I couldn’t believe what I saw – I was first, and all twelve boys were still swimming toward the finish.
I had won the gold medal and was the only girl who had beaten an entire field of boys. I remember feeling this incredible rush of pride mixed with guilt because I actually felt bad that I had beaten all the boys!
But the real revelation from that experience wasn’t about the competition or even overcoming fear. What I discovered was that when I have a push in life – whether it’s from a coach, a mentor, or circumstances – I move mountains. That moment taught me something fundamental about how I operate at my best.
This insight has become transformative in my adult life. After years of inner work, the new version of me, this evolved Aline, has learned to actively seek out those pushes instead of waiting for them to happen. I’ve made a conscious decision to ask for help and take bigger risks, because I know that’s when my greatest breakthroughs occur. Whether it’s launching new projects or transforming my business, I’ve stopped waiting for circumstances to push me and started creating the conditions where I can access that powerful part of myself.
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
There was a pivotal moment that perfectly illustrates the power of being truly heard. I was working on a catering job, focused on preparing food in the kitchen, when a scientist approached me. What started as casual curiosity about my career and professional background quickly evolved into something much deeper.
This person didn’t just ask surface-level questions – they genuinely listened as I shared my passion for nutrition and women’s health. As I talked, I found myself revealing ideas and concepts I’d been carrying for years but had never fully articulated. I had all these recipes stored in my mind, formulations specifically designed to support women’s health, but I’d been procrastinating on actually documenting and developing them properly.
What made this interaction so transformative was that this scientist truly heard the potential in what I was sharing. They recognized the value of having these recipes properly analyzed – broken down into macros, micronutrients, and nutrient density profiles that could serve as the foundation for evidence-based protocols.
Being genuinely listened to in that moment was like having someone hold up a mirror to show me capabilities I’d been overlooking. Their recognition didn’t just validate what I was already doing – it illuminated what I could become. That conversation became the catalyst that finally pushed me to stop procrastinating and start documenting these recipes, to have them scientifically analyzed and formulated.
It completely shifted the trajectory of my brand and my work. I went from moving in one direction to evolving into what I was truly meant to become. That experience taught me that sometimes we need someone to truly listen to us – not just hear our words, but recognize our potential – to help us see what we’re capable of achieving.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I deeply admire three women whose characters embody the kind of holistic integration I strive for in my own work: Barbara Marx Hubbard, Gladys McGarey, and Queen Esther.
What draws me to them isn’t their individual achievements, but how each represents a different aspect of wholeness that, when combined, creates something powerful. Barbara Marx Hubbard showed us the visionary courage to imagine humanity’s highest potential and work toward conscious evolution. Gladys McGarey pioneered the integration of mind, body, and spirit in healing, refusing to separate the scientific from the sacred. Queen Esther demonstrated the wisdom to know when bold action is required and the strength to risk everything for what’s right.
Together, they represent what I call holistic integration – the ability to be simultaneously visionary and grounded, scientifically rigorous and spiritually aware, personally powerful and collectively minded. They each challenged existing systems not through force, but through a deeper understanding of how all aspects of life are interconnected.
This integration is exactly what I’m working toward in my own life and career. Whether I’m developing women’s health protocols, creating lifestyle content, or collaborating on cutting-edge approaches, I’m constantly asking: How can I honor both the scientific and the intuitive? How can I be both innovative and rooted in timeless wisdom? How can I use whatever platform I have not just for personal success, but to serve something larger?
These women teach me that true character isn’t about choosing between different aspects of ourselves, but about integrating them all into something more powerful than the sum of its parts.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you tap dancing to work? Have you been that level of excited at any point in your career? If so, please tell us about those days.
Am I tap dancing to work? Absolutely! I’m more excited and creative in my career right now than I’ve ever been. After 20 years of professional experience, I’ve finally reached this sweet spot where I’m completely connected to myself and crystal clear about what I’m meant to contribute to the world.
When I was a young raw foodist at 20, I had passion but lacked the life experience and credibility to truly impact people. Now at 46, having navigated through periods of chronic fatigue and nervous system dysfunction from work stress and burden, I’m rebuilding and regenerating my life from a place of deep wisdom and authenticity. I know what I’m talking about because I’ve lived it, healed it, and emerged stronger.
What has me absolutely tap dancing is the culmination of all this experience into tangible work that’s making a real impact. I just launched my ‘Regenerate Your Vibe Guides’ on Amazon Kindle, available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish starting in October. What makes this even more meaningful is that 30% of the profits are going directly to social organizations that I’m passionate about supporting.
But the guides are just one part of what’s exciting me. I’m developing specialized protocols for women’s health and conducting metabolic test analyses that are helping women achieve and maintain metabolic fitness. There’s such a demand for this work – women are hungry for approaches that actually understand their unique physiological needs.
The combination of finally having the experience and credibility to create these resources, seeing the immediate impact they’re having, and knowing that the success is also funding social causes I care about – that’s what has me dancing. I’m not just building a business; I’m creating a platform for change that extends far beyond my own work.
