What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times? Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them. Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

I start my day at 5 a.m. because I value having quiet, focused time before the day begins. I drink water with lemon and take a few minutes to meditate, which helps me clear my mind and set a positive tone for the day. After that, I go for a 30-minute run to energize myself and maintain my fitness. Read more>>

The first few hours of the day are spent focusing on wellness. Yoga, walking, journaling, praying, breathing are all activities that are typically engaging me as the day begins. It helps me to stay grounded, focused, and helps me to prioritize myself before engaging with the world around me. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of my day look like waking up with our kids. They are my human alarm clocks, so when they’re up, I’m up! This is usually between 6:30-7:30 AM. Ideally we start the day checking on our garden. Read more>>
