Hidden Gems: Meet Alvaro Nunez Alfaro of Super Luxury Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alvaro Nunez Alfaro.

Hi Alvaro, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey has been anything but traditional. I’m originally from Madrid, Spain, and came to the U.S. with nothing but a tennis racquet and big dreams. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep desire to create meaningful impact—both in business and in people’s lives.

I started out with small ventures, but it wasn’t until I founded Super Luxury Group in Miami that things really aligned. We built the company by blending luxury real estate with influencer marketing and curated lifestyle experiences, something very few were doing at the time. From there, doors kept opening.

Along the way, I became a helicopter pilot, a skydiver, a bestselling author, and an ultra-endurance athlete—not because I was trying to collect titles, but because I believe in pushing boundaries in every area of life. Whether it’s running marathons across all seven continents or competing in the world’s toughest cycling races, it’s always about finding your “why” and leveling up.

Now, I use my platform to help others do the same—whether through real estate, storytelling, or extreme challenges that show what’s truly possible.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road—and I think that’s what makes the journey meaningful.

When I first moved to the U.S., I didn’t have a safety net. I was navigating a new country, a new language, and trying to build something from the ground up. There were financial struggles, moments of doubt, and plenty of doors that didn’t open right away.

In business, especially in the luxury space, it took time to earn trust and stand out. I had to get creative, fail fast, and keep adapting. And as I started pushing myself into ultra-endurance races, I learned how closely success is tied to mindset, consistency, and pain tolerance—not just physically, but mentally too.

One of the most powerful moments was during the Marathon des Sables, known as the toughest footrace on Earth. I carried a weight plate across the Sahara desert—not for myself, but to honor those silently battling depression. It was a way to give visibility to the invisible and remind people they’re not alone.

The struggles have always fueled my growth. Every obstacle became part of the mission

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Super Luxury Group?
Super Luxury Group is a powerhouse at the intersection of luxury real estate, media, and influence.

We specialize in high-end property sales, off-market deals, and branded real estate campaigns that merge elite living with cultural relevance. What sets us apart is how we turn every property into a story—leveraging media, creators, and an exclusive global network to maximize exposure and impact.

One of our signature innovations is the Creator House—a content-driven concept where world-class creators, entrepreneurs, and public figures come together inside multi-million dollar listings to collaborate, build, and amplify reach. These homes become more than properties—they become living brand platforms that drive massive visibility.

We’re not just selling homes—we’re building moments, movements, and media that shift how luxury real estate is marketed today.

At our core, SLG is a connector. We bring together high-value properties, influential people, and powerful storytelling to create results that speak for themselves.

How do you think about luck?
I believe luck favors those who show up consistently.

Sure, there have been moments of good timing—meeting the right person, landing in the right room, or getting an unexpected opportunity. But behind every “lucky” break, there were years of preparation, discipline, and staying ready when the moment came.

On the flip side, I’ve had what looked like bad luck too—missed deals, last-minute cancellations, failed partnerships. But even those ended up redirecting me toward something better. The setbacks became setups.

So yes, luck has played a role—but I’ve always seen it as something you attract by doing the work, staying in motion, and staying aligned with your purpose.

In the end, it’s not about chasing luck. It’s about becoming the kind of person that luck finds.
