Today we’d like to introduce you to Chahna Gupta.
Hi Chahna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey really began with a personal desire to create more alignment—within myself and in the spaces around me. I’ve always been drawn to intentionality and how energy, design, and community can come together to create meaningful experiences.
With Indian heritage, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the traditions of my culture. I traveled to India many times to visit family, but in 2017, I went to immerse myself in that lineage—to reconnect with my roots and deepen my understanding of yoga and Ayurveda, not just as practices, but as ways of life. That experience was transformational. It gave me both clarity and purpose.
Since then, I’ve transitioned into hosting wellness events that create space for others to experience these ancient sciences in accessible, heart-centered ways. Through gatherings like International Yoga Day Miami, I aim to spread awareness, celebrate culture, and bring people into deeper connection—with themselves and with each other.
It’s been a journey of trust, growth, and coming home to myself—and I’m incredibly grateful for every step along the way.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road—but a meaningful one. Like most creative or entrepreneurial paths, there have been plenty of ups and downs. In the beginning, I struggled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome—wondering if I was “qualified enough” to hold space or bring these visions to life, especially when it came to honoring sacred traditions like yoga and Ayurveda.
There were also real-world challenges—learning how to navigate logistics, build a team, handle finances, and create consistency in a world that can feel so fast-paced and uncertain. It took time to find my rhythm and to trust that my unique voice and perspective were enough.
One of the biggest lessons was learning to stay grounded in my intention, even when things didn’t go as planned. I had to let go of perfectionism and embrace the messy, beautiful process of growth. Every obstacle ended up teaching me something valuable—and those lessons continue to shape how I show up today.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At its core, my work is about creating intentional spaces that foster connection, healing, and cultural awareness. I specialize in producing wellness experiences and events that are rooted in authenticity and inspired by ancient wisdom—especially the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda.
From large-scale gatherings like International Yoga Day Miami to community-centered events like Life Market, each experience is crafted to honor the roots of these practices while making them accessible and relevant to today’s world. Life Market, in particular, is a vibrant marketplace that brings together conscious brands, artisans, and wellness practitioners—creating a space where people can connect with local makers, learn, shop, and be inspired.
What sets my work apart is the fusion of cultural reverence, modern aesthetics, and heart-led storytelling. It’s not just about hosting events—it’s about curating experiences that feel alive, inclusive, and deeply nourishing.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the community that continues to grow around these offerings. It’s diverse, open-hearted, and committed to wellness as a way of life—not just a trend. For anyone seeking grounding, growth, or a deeper connection to themselves and their culture, I want them to know: this space is for you.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories is our weekend beach trips with the family. We’d all pile into the car—snacks packed, bathing suits ready—and head toward the ocean. It was simple, but it felt magical: running into the waves, playing in the sand, having a picnic on the beach, and just being surrounded by laughter and love. Living in Florida, every weekend felt like an opportunity to explore a new local beach.
Those moments taught me the joy of being present and the importance of creating time for rest, play, and connection. It wasn’t about luxury or big plans—it was about being together, grounding in nature, and finding joy in the little things. That spirit of intentional togetherness definitely still lives in the work I do today.
