Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey into real estate has been shaped by a combination of my business background, psychological insight, and a genuine desire to help others. I’ve always been passionate about making meaningful connections, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in both Business and Psychology. That blend of knowledge has given me a unique approach to client relationships, ensuring that every person I work with feels truly understood.
Before entering the real estate world, I spent over a decade in the healthcare industry, particularly in oncology the last 9 years. I loved being able to make a difference in people’s lives, but I reached a point where I wanted to merge my love for design with my desire to have a positive impact. That’s when I transitioned into real estate. It allowed me to blend my passion for both interior and exterior design with the opportunity to help people create homes that they love.
Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working on more than 100 successful transactions, being a mentor in the real estate industry, becoming a top producing agent in my broker, Elite Realty Partners, Inc and have earned four prestigious real estate designations: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). These designations have not only sharpened my skills but also deepened my ability to provide value to clients throughout their real estate journey.
I’m also incredibly proud to be a mother and partner. My daughter, Destinee, is the other half of The Allure Group. She’s 21, and her entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive inspire me every day. After a high school injury derailed her dreams of playing collegiate sports, she redirected her energy into sports medicine and real estate. She’s now studying Sports Medicine and aspires to help athletes build long-term wealth through real estate. Together, we form a dynamic mother-daughter duo, offering expertise in listings, leasing, buying, and investment opportunities in Florida and Georgia.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped me into who I am today. As a young mother, I had to overcome the stigma and limited expectations placed on me. That pushed me to work harder and prove not only to others but to myself that I could succeed. Balancing motherhood with my career was no small task, there were long hours, tight resources, and a constant effort to ensure my kids felt supported and loved.
Transitioning from healthcare to real estate was another big challenge. I took a leap of faith into an entirely new industry without a safety net. I faced difficult transactions, moments of self-doubt, and times when the pressure felt overwhelming. And as a Black woman in a competitive field, I’ve also had to navigate systemic barriers and biases, which required resilience and strength.
But those struggles have been my greatest teachers. They taught me perseverance, humility, and how to find solutions even when the odds seemed stacked against me. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those experiences because they’ve made every success that much more meaningful.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the incredible support and influence of so many amazing people in my life. First and foremost, I have to give credit to my hardworking mother and father. They instilled in me the values of resilience, faith, and dedication. Their sacrifices and unwavering belief in me laid the foundation for my strength and determination.
My children, Destinee and my youngest, Quinton, are my greatest inspirations. Destinee, my daughter and now my teammate, continues to amaze me with her entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Being able to share this journey with her has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. And my son, Quinton, with his boundless energy and pure heart, keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of my “why.” Everything I do is to build a legacy for them and to show them that anything is possible with hard work and faith.
I also owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to my broker, Tenisha Williams, at Elite Realty Partners. Her mentorship and leadership have been instrumental in my growth as a real estate professional. Tenisha has always believed in me, even when I doubted myself, and her guidance has been invaluable.
Of course, I have to thank my clients, who have trusted me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and my cheerleaders—family, friends, and colleagues who have celebrated my victories and stood by me during challenges. Even the critics and challenges along the way played a role in my success. They pushed me to dig deeper, work harder, and prove that I could rise above.
