Vanessa, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Imagine a world where heart-centered, soul-driven women are leading…in business and in life.

Before taking the entrepreneurial leap, I led a lucrative career as a leader, trainer and professional problem-solver at a Fortune 500…
A path that would be forever altered the day I resigned from the corporate world and dove all in to my purpose.
Since then, I’ve worked with women one-on-one in person and online, hosted group workshops and events, taught live online classes and live on stage, as well as created my own products and programs – from digital trainings to my own signature 6-week experience.
All with one aim…to help women unleash their brilliance and become the unique leaders they’re meant to be.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Easy is not a word I would use to describe entrepreneurship.
You’ve got a big vision, a big dream and a big to-do list.
The challenge is that you cannot show up, do it all AND do it well, if you’re feeling exhausted, drained and burned out.
There is a more sustainable way of doing things.
And although society seems to push this idea of the constant hustle down our throats, that is NOT a sustainable way to run a business or to live the life you truly want to be living.
Because I did that years ago, and do you know where it got me?
Straight into the ER (emergency room) with a severe case of burnout that almost cost me my life.
There I laid in the hospital bed at 2AM, surrounded by the ER staff, as I bargained with the Creator for another chance to get it right.
I vowed that if I got another chance, I’d trust my intuition more and take action on it, I’d take better care of my body, so that I could live and serve at an even higher level, and I’d stop hiding my brilliance and show up as the unique leader I was meant to be.
Needless to say, I was given that second chance, and it completely revolutionized the way I approach my business and my life.
Clarity is Crucial was born from that experience.
