Hi Nidal, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After a career in Technology and Mobile Payments, I pursued my passion for food by creating Gluttonomy, a marketing and consulting agency for the food & beverage industry. I have been involved in food for a long time as a food writer and traveler, but at Gluttonomy I am bringing all my passions and experience together.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting up a company is always a challenge, and at the time, Miami was not perceived as a culinary city. Thankfully that has been changing and now it is not crazy to have a food markerting agency based in Miami, as opposed to New York or London.
We’ve been impressed with Gluttonomy, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Gluttonomy, we help food and beverage brands market their products and services, grow their market presence, and connect with consumers
What are your plans for the future?
We are expanding our business, growing our foot print in the industry by working with renowned global brands. Also, we want to be part of the transformation of Miami into a culinary capital, by bringing chefs and restaurant concepts to the work that we do, from curating spaces to creating the right connections.
