Meet Megan Reed of EveryBell in Brickell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Megan Reed.

Megan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Raised in Nebraska. Educated in Colorado. Crafted in Hawaii. Grown in Germany. Proven in Singapore. Traveled in 21 other countries.

Always bridging the gap between technology and tradition – I am a passionate believer in finding innovative ways to leverage digital experiences to provide sophisticated solutions and delightful user/guest experiences. Every element of my background is part of a bigger picture of understanding the user and using that understanding to inform design decisions. I understand what it means to anticipate the guest experience and translate that to designing digital user experiences. With that in mind, I ventured to launch a company in Miami called EveryBell.

Designed to bring delightful guest experiences through 5-star hospitality services, we are on a mission to optimize residences with hotel-style luxury and guest service excellence. We currently have projects in the pipeline to design beautiful, user-driven booking capabilities to further expand our offerings in the market.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Considering the traditional and physical nature of hospitality service, there is a delicate balance of keeping the integrity of service and integrating technology. My goal is to create frictionless integration which engages the guest and creates memorable experiences while adding value to the interactions – this has its challenges in a traditional industry. Additionally, integrating into new cultures at every turn presents challenges to overcome in regards to working with multi-cultural teams and companies. Challenges that usually result in so much reward!
