Today we’d like to introduce you to Medgine and Natea Williams.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We met through a fashion production company, we knew we both loved fashion and wanted to pursue a career in fashion. We just didn’t know where to begin. We both felt as if we weren’t growing within the company. We yearned for more experience and freedom to grow in the fashion industry. So, Natea had a brilliant idea of US teaming up.
So, we went through some names, some not so great and we settled on Pardon Our Style. We became sisters in business and we haven’t looked back!!!
Has it been a smooth road?
It has definitely been a roller coaster. The hardest challenge has been getting out of our own way. But the beauty of the obstacles has been all the lessons we’ve learned.
Devon Franklin said it best “when you operate in your purpose even your mistakes work towards your good”
Please tell us more about what you do, what sets you apart from others?
We consider ourselves artist because we believe fashion is a creative outlet. We are a fashion stylist/creatives serving GOD’s purpose. We help women and men find their stylish selves inside and out. We are most proud of our work, and the gratification we feel once someone we’ve styled really sees themselves.
What sets us apart is the fact that we are two fabulous women, with two stories, two perspectives, and one objective to help you to find your stylish self inside and out.
What do you love about our city and what do you dislike?
We love how the city, makes you feel like your on an island, we also love the culture, as it’s so diverse. What we don’t love about the city is the TRAFFIC!
