Has it been a smooth road?
We have had to adapt along the way. I don’t see that as struggles but more as opportunities to improve the customer experience and the services we offer. Workplace is changing so rapidly, as so many industries are and in order to remain a leader we must be open to change and stay connected to our customers.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Quest Workspaces story. Tell us more about the business.
All of us at Quest Workspaces get to come to work every day to do what we love, which is helping our Questers do what they love. Which means helping some of the largest companies in the world to some to the smallest start-ups. Working side by side with them ensuring their success and making a difference in their companies. We do this by providing limitless support and services, through our flexible, upscale, technologically equipped workspace. But most importantly our Questers become part of our unique community of seasoned entrepreneurs where they can connect, collaborate and grow their companies. Witnessing this ecosystem in action, our team helping our Questers and our Questers helping each other, where everyone is growing and thriving is what I’m most proud about and what sets us apart.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
This is an exciting time in our industry because workspace is finally being seen as a service. The end result is better designed space with the end user in mind, incorporating amenities, and various ways to work that supports the work that must be done. (collaborative space, team rooms, chat rooms, etc)

Technology will continue to advance the evolution of space and workers will be able to work where they wish, and continue to have more choices.

The lines between work, play and home will continue be blurred and the spaces will become multifunctional.
