Meet Jihan Ramírez of JITIVOZ

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jihan Ramírez.

Hi Jihan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born in Venezuela and I moved to Miami around 6 years ago. Living here was actually a dream manifested. I’m a journalist. A yoga teacher. VoiceOver/Dubbing talent. Currently studying psychology and most important of all a passionate mother. I’m actually a passionate and loving human being.

I love life and I simply love sharing how I see life. In a conscious and holistic way. A big and important move in all aspects of my life was becoming a mom. I’m a single mother and I love that I made the decision to raise my child in the absence of the father despite the difficulties.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Life always will have ups and downs. The main difference will be how we perceive life and how we respond or react to what happens. Having a smooth road has been my decision since 5 years ago. I came from Venezuela running away from a toxic relationship that taught me so many valuable lessons on self-esteem, value, and respect! And how our minds are programmed since childhood to repeat the same things until we learn.

Even knowing the importance of self love the journey of single pregnancy and motherhood was a struggle at the beginning. It caught me feeling that I was doing something wrong or that I wasn’t capable of having true love in my life. Now I understand that I didn’t make things right or wrong! Life just happens in order to awaken more every day and shift old paradigms. I struggle with anxiety and fear in my first 3 months of pregnancy. Until I understood that the fear was not even mine.

What truly matters is my power and my strength which is love and not what society thinks. Since we are kids society tells us that we have to achieve certain goals at a certain age and when we are choosing a new path, a different one, with no references, is easy to struggle with because the only thing left is confidence and trusting the unknown.

Trusting the process and our hearts that are leading the way. So again! What could be perceived as a struggle for some became a miracle and a blessing for me. My weaknesses transform into my advantages and now more than ever I live a meaningful life. Even with obstacles on the road, I go further with grace.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about JITIVOZ LLC?
This was difficult to choose because even if this is my business I’m also an employee and an artist/creative. I don’t believe in labels. I think everyone can do and be anything they want in life. It’s a matter of determination and certainly that you deserve it all. It’s actually more than just hard work. I’m a journalist and a certified yoga teacher.

Currently, I’m studying psychology and I’m always seeking knowledge. I love to learn new things every day. So when I just came from my country I needed to give my work more presence and structure. So I decided to create my company. Which is basically a space to share everything I love and know. I have my website www.jitivoz.org where I teach yoga, meditation, breath-work, consciousness personal growth, motherhood, and everything with a psychological approach. I also have my podcast in Spanish and I’m studying the possibility of having one in English as well.

I teach yoga at some studios in Miami and also I give free service to a growing community in a yoga class every Thursday at 9 am at Margaret Pace Park. I’m a content creator on social media always accepting new alliances and partners to collaborate with. I use my voice to give life to characters in movies, series, books, documentaries, and more as a VoiceOver/dubbing talent. My business is growing daily. Part of my team is in Venezuela and even if I’m not where I would like to be I know exactly where I’m going.

What does success mean to you?
Successful people are the happiest ones. Success is being aligned with what you think, say, and act. Success is not measurable for me. Is not the amount of money you have in your account or your degrees. Success is living in calm.

Having peace of mind. The most successful people are the ones willing to help others or create a change in the world.

Success is understanding we are part of something amazing in the universe and working with that light. Success is a personal definition that we all must be redefining because again society wants to control us and dim our light telling us that we have to follow like sheep and earn a lot of money in order to be successful.

People waste their life trying to seek success and they don’t realize they are actually running from themselves.

Success is being in the healing journey of love.
