Meet Jasmine Naziri

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Naziri.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by Jasmine Nicole Clothing, a place to share and inspire. I’m Jasmine, a half Iranian, half Ukrainian originally from Seattle, Washington. I moved to Southern California when I was 14 years old. I come from a vibrant and diverse family, both sides being loud and fun! Cooking large meals paired with dancing the night away, was merely a daily routine. It is definitely one of those things I now look back on and am so thankful for.

Straight out of high school I began modeling and was contracted briefly with NEXT modeling agency. As it was a tradition for many women in my family to run in pageants, I followed their footsteps and competed in the Miss USA pageant as Miss Newport Coast. I quickly not only fell in love with the art of modeling but the fashion and business itself. A few years later, I started my own modeling agency, called Royal Models Agency, which successfully ran for four years. As I managed my company, I simultaneously worked in marketing for PBS SoCal and was blessed enough to be their Spokeswoman, broadcasting weekly updates and recaps for the television programs that aired daily, along with hosting all live events for Downtown Abby, Sherlock Homes, and so much more.

To further my education, life led me to the unbelievable sunshine state, Florida. I graduated in the winter of 2018 with my JD/MBA from Florida International University. I am currently back in the field of marketing pursuing my passions, and realized it was time to begin my own avenue of marketing, highlighting one of the largest loves of my life, fashion.

So it’s time for me to share my obsession with you. I hope you enjoy!

Please tell us about your art.
Fashion blogging has quickly become one of my greatest passions for several reasons. There are no rules when it comes to fashion trends to highlight, and content you choose to create. The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity, which is what I live for!

The ability to excite and inspire young women and all women around the globe who read my work and decide they’d like to take bold steps with their clothing in relation to options I’ve suggested motivates me. I get motivated by the positive comments and feedback I often receive from my followers.

We often hear from artists that being an artist can be lonely. Any advice for those looking to connect with other artists?
Oh my goodness, I couldn’t disagree more. I think my letting your artistic side free can be liberating, and will naturally connect you with like-minded people. In regards to what I do, collaborations have been fun and effortless. I would recommend taking the initiative and reaching out to people who inspire you, maybe hold a joint photo shoot or even interview the bloggers you admire. You will surely be pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming responses. Give it a go! 🙂

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
