She has received the highest accreditation as a board-certified diplomate-fellow in advanced child and adolescent psychology, marital and family relations, psychoeducational assessment, hypnotherapy and clinical psychology.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I have certainly experienced my fair share of obstacles and challenges; however, I view those as things that have made me stronger and have added to my life experiences. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life. This included traveling to inner cities to work with at-risk youth and teenage moms.
Some of the most challenging work is often the most rewarding. I consider it a blessing to have been able to work with such different groups of people. This life experience has allowed me to get in touch with what people want and need. This is why I developed my product line. I realized there was a great need for convenient lifestyle products that help take the stress and hassle out of everyday life.
Sure, I’ve had rejections in my life. Who hasn’t? However, every “no” I’ve heard and every struggle I’ve battled through has helped to make me the person I am today. It has allowed me to help other people, which is my goal in life.

Our bamboo diapers use plant-based compostable top sheet and back sheet, which are biodegradable and create less impact on landfills. They use real bamboo fiber pulp and are made using sustainable resources that perform very well compared to traditional diapers or so-called “green diapers.” They have super absorbency, helping to keep your baby dry, providing a soothing, cooling effect. Our diapers are chlorine free and have better odor control because of their antimicrobial and anti-bacterial features.

What were you like growing up?
As a child, I was always wanting to help others. My parents instilled in me the importance of giving back to others who are less fortunate. I’m a natural healer- I think that’s what drew me to become a clinical psychologist. Even as a child, my friends would always come to me for advice. If I saw a homeless person on the street, I would want to help him. If I saw someone struggling, I would want to lend a hand. The same is true today. I feel so fortunate to have started a company aimed at helping make people’s lives easier.
Also, I was able to start a non-profit 501 3c organization called Rescue Mission Unlimited, In addition to the benefit of convenience meeting natural, my company promotes social responsibility by donating a portion of all of the proceeds to this non-profit organization I created called Rescue Mission Unlimited. The goal of Rescue Mission Unlimited is to help families and children in crisis. My dream of helping others that I have had since childhood has come to fruition through my company and my non-profit organization.
