Meet Chad Hamilton of FM Apparell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chad Hamilton.

Chad, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
It really started back in 2014 while I in high school. I started a group with some friends called Foreign Maniacs. Our main objective was to stay loyal to each other while getting all types of foreign currencies while looking crazy fly. We made a couple t-shirt to promote ourselves as a group and had fun. It went really well for a while but eventually our group disbanded after an argument. In 2017 I came back to it and decided to finish what was started. All I really needed was a real team and determination. I’ve been taking it seriously ever since.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, course not. Every business has to have its ups and downs, especially when you’re just starting up. Our biggest problem was always manufacturing. Most of the manufacturers we came across were either untrustworthy, unreliable, or quality was never up to par with our standards. It was tough.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about FM Apparell – what should we know?
For the most part, we’re most known for getting people in our community involved in our brand. We tend to organize great, extremely, interactive photoshoots that always draws attention at the location. We know how to make everyone feel as though they’re part of an exclusive club.

We’re also really known for our velour tracksuits. When we released them they sold out really fast. People still ask for them to this day.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We have a ton of plans for the future. We want to eventually open up a shop here in the city, nothing huge though. We want to stay an exclusive luxury type brand. Aside from that, we have different collections we want to drop to create a different exclusive aesthetic for our brand.
