Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolina Correa.
Hi Carolina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Carolina Correa I’m from Colombia, I have been living in the US since 2015.
Is a pleasure to share my story and how I got to where I’m today. I used to work as a waitress in a restaurant for a few years and after a big depression I started to fall in love with the gym, I not only wanted to train but also to help other women overcome themselves and also teach them how to take care of her bodies.
I decide to become a personal trainer and I started my own business during a pandemic from that until now I have not stopped working for women, not only taking care of their bodies but now also their minds. Also during this time, I was invited by a Brazilian friend to compete as a bodybuilder, I started my first one in 2019, then in 2020, and in 2021.
I have to compete for a couple of times in Miami, Orlando, New Hampshire, Boxboro, and Boston and now, I’m preparing for my National competition #9 this coming July 1 /2022 in New Jersey
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road hasn’t been smooth, I had to struggle with depression and frustration many times, but always I’m inspired by the women whom I trained, on another hand I have been working so hard for
My goal as a bodybuilder, is cause it takes you all your time, focus, energy, and money, but I’m so blessed and I could compete and at the same time work with my lovely clients, I inspire them, and inspire me every single day, cause I’m always learning from them
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is focused on a personal trainers.
I’m working on myself as a professional to combine a workout with a healthy mind, which is very important to me and for the girls that I train, that’s what makes my business set apart from others, cause I’m not focusing only on bodies, also I’m working balance and self-love with them.
I’m very proud of myself for helping women and I’m proud of them and happy for them when achieving their goals or when they start accepting themselves. I want readers to know that Pulso Gym is here to help you to find a balance and health inside and outside.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
If you are reading this, I just want you to know that sometimes the road is not easy, but never give up, fight for your goals and they are always achieved.
