Meet Denise Dema of Business and Life Management Coaching in Boca Raton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Dema.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Denise. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My story is not typical for someone in my industry because my vocation has sort of pursued me instead of me pursuing it. From very early on in my life, my passion for personal development has been at the core of my business and life philosophy. My studies in social sciences helped expedite my path into senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies encompassing all facets of business on a national level. I always enjoyed training, coaching, motivating and leading diverse groups of professionals toward achieving their full potential and goals. Throughout those years, I developed strong alliances with business owners who asked me if I would consult for them independently. I was fortunate to be given those opportunities and based on the results created, I was continually referred to other professionals as well. Part time project work developed into a full time business enabling me to leave the corporate world altogether.

My entire coaching practice has been created by referrals for over two decades for which I am truly grateful to be successfully doing what I enjoy for so long. Many clients have kindly shared their experiences of working with me on my Google business profile which gives others insight to my skill set, work ethic and dedication. Happy clients are the staple of my business.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I feel blessed that it’s been a pretty smooth ride for me to date. Challenges have not affected my business in a negative way but the business model changed as my client base grew. In NY I mainly had corporate clients that required on-site coaching at their business location. Since moving, I now cater to the large entrepreneurial environment in South Florida. As a result, phone coaching sessions have become more prevalent for time management purposes allowing me to still accommodate local on-site clients which I am happy to do.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
My vocation as a Business and Life Management Coach for over two decades has been very rewarding in helping people achieve their full potential personally and professionally. I am a seasoned business advisor, mentor, author and personal development coach who is dedicated to creating positive change and growth while driving results for clients.

My National coaching practice specializes in the development of human potential and personal effectiveness for individuals and professionals. Business Coaching and Consulting services assist executives with activating performance solutions in all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, leadership and communications. Life Coaching and Mentoring services are well-suited for individuals looking to improve personal relationships, confidence, self-awareness, career direction and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I offer phone, on-site and e-mail coaching and encourage people to book a complimentary phone session at to discuss anything they would like to change, create or achieve in their career, business or personal life.

What sets me apart from others in my industry is my extensive business background coupled with a personalized approach using behavior modification and techniques to increase emotional intelligence. I do not sell cookie cutter programs or products but provide coaching services that are tailored toward increasing business and individual productivity. I am a solution provider and viewed as a strategic partner that provides an assortment of tools to help with today’s personal and business challenges.

What were you like growing up?
I grew up in Long Island NY and was blessed to be born to wonderful parents that had a huge influence on my life. They provided a loving childhood filled with music, dance, laughs and lots of fun. My father was a jazz musician, orchestra leader and big sports fan and my mother was adventurous, loved to dance and threw big backyard parties at our home. I was always around great talents in the entertainment industry and was drawn to the Arts as a result. That led me to train in lyrical dance, jazz, ballet, tap, adagio, also performed and taught ballroom dancing for Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Swimming in my pool with friends and watching professional sports on TV with my dad as a child were some of my favorite pastimes. I loved Boxing (have a picture of myself with Muhammad Ali) and Football and grew up a Giants/Yankee fan! Some of my friends that lived across the street from me in NY actually now live down the block from me again in Florida! I am lucky to have had a great childhood and many long-term friendships still present in my adult life.
