Growing up I was obese. I was the kid who wore t-shirts inside of swimming pools. I was bullied. I had low self-esteem. I was addicted to drugs, video games, and unhealthy food.
When I reached 24 years old, I hit rock bottom. I wanted to end my life. I was searching on the internet for ways to do it. Then I came across books. Books saved my life.
From that point on I took personal responsibility for everything in my life. Nine months later I was down 80 pounds of fat, went from size 38 waist to size 30. Most importantly, I went from being mentally obese to carving out a mental six pack.
Now I’m the best selling author of 3 books. I’m a national speaker who is educating the world on living a healthy lifestyle. I’m on a mission to help 1 billion people on planet earth.
