Today we’d like to introduce you to Baylee Hess.
Baylee has always been an athlete. Whether it be a school, club or recreational sport she was involved. She instructed children’s swim lessons, coached softball and volunteered for youth groups. She loves coaching because she finds it rewarding to help others, individually, overcome obstacles and reach their goals. She enjoys doing anything active outdoors and especially running races for charity.
She is passionate about helping members reach their personal goals not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Hitting the heavy bag brings out a brand new YOU! She wants to push each individual to their limits, help build confidence and become the best version of themselves. She is connected with every person she meets from listening and then going the extra mile.
As a personal goal, she makes sure everyone feels welcomed and part of a family when they walk through their door because she believes it’s important to have those close connections to build and gain trust.
Her passion for TITLE Boxing Club started during 2016 in West Des Moines, Iowa but only continues to grow. She looks forward to each day because “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Our signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence. Empowering, exhilarating and totally addictive. We provide boxing and kickboxing classes along with technical training.
Each one of the trainers within the club brings a different characteristic with them providing variety for members. The trainers range with skill, knowledge, and personality. From a Bellator LHW fighter, a former pro football player for the New England Patriots and Chicago Bears, those with MMA background who have fought pro in the UFC and experience teaching self-defense. The engagement that they each provide inside and outside of the club is what stands out.
You will never feel like just another number in an ordinary gym once you join our movement. The experience provided starting with the sales team and ending with the Power Hour will leave you craving more.
