Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Rojas.
Hi Ashley, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my professional journey at 16 and always wanted to do things on my terms. I wasn’t sure what major to pick in college, but I knew I wanted to help people along my journey. I was interning at one of my local Real Estate brokerages, and I saw how impactful Real Estate could be as a career. I learned a lot as an intern and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
I have always had a passion for helping and teaching others. Financial literacy was always my favorite subject in school, and I wanted to incorporate that into my life and career. Real Estate has allowed me to educate others and guide them through the process of renting, owning, and selling a home. While doing Real Estate, I continued to further my education, and I got my 2-15 health and life insurance license to sell Medicare Advantage plans on the side. I assist people in finding the benefits they should receive when they acquire Medicare. I will continue to be a student of life and have the desire to educate and help others.
I have always had the heart to give and serve, and that is what I will continue to do. I love to help others along the process of things that can be life-changing. Assisting people to find their dream homes and helping others find their proper insurance plans is very important to me.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Not always, one of the goals I accomplished early in life was moving out at 18 while still in high school. Living on my own has taught me many lessons, and I can honestly say that I am growing into a stronger and better person. I have always been a giver and wanted to give back to my community, and that’s when Real Estate came.
My parents were the ones that taught me about saving money and owning property. We didn’t have much, but they always tried to provide for me when things got hard. Real Estate is great for long-term value, but many people don’t see it that way because it is a lot of money upfront. I enjoy informing people how It’s a significant investment and could yield a high return in the future. I want to continue guiding others through the process; though for some, it may be a difficult decision and investment, there is nothing better in life than calling something your own.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Real Estate allows the freedom to own an asset that can generate revenue over time. Owning property is one of the most significant investments a person can make in their lifetime; that’s why I am here to guide and help along the way.
I take care of the work, so my clients don’t have to. Working with a Realtor is essential when looking for a place to live. I specialize in analyzing properties and finding people’s dream homes. When buying isn’t the option right away, I also assist in finding a place to rent or lease that will allow growth to build a foundation.
From buying to selling, I navigate clients through the market. Things may get overwhelming, but I am there to ease and reassure. I provide the resources needed for the whole process. I am known for my kindness and respect for others.
I am also always happy to answer any questions or doubts. I’m hard working and will be persistent as your Realtor. I will work hard for you and find solutions to any obstacle that may come along the way through the transaction.
I am proud to stand behind my branding, “Allow me to treat you like Royalty.” I always wanted to make others feel special and valued. My core values are to treat others with respect and honesty. While I do Real Estate, I also help people enroll in a plan suitable for their needs and wants regarding their medicare. Many times, it can be life-changing for that person, and I feel honored to help them make that decision.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I developed a work ethic at a very young age which I am very grateful for. It taught me how to be professional and treat others. I learned to achieve on my own without handouts. I am very persistent even if I get shut down. I go above and beyond what I must do because I care so much about impacting other people’s lives. I enjoy helping and teaching others and making personal connections.
My personality has allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and be more outgoing and social. Making connections with people who need my help makes me happy. After all, I put myself in other people’s shoes because I know it can be frustrating not to understand or know something very well. Therefore, I make myself available to anyone that needs my help. I am passionate about real estate and will walk beside you throughout the transaction.
