Meet Anadel Alberti of Anadel Alberti

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anadel Alberti.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 17, I left my home country and went to study in New York. In my college years and then in my years as a corporate employee, I went through difficult situations of bullying, eating disorders, extreme anxiety and stress, and verbal abuse while in a romantic relationship.

At one point I lost all interest in life and thought of taking my own life. That’s when I hit rock bottom and realized that life was meant to be lived, to be enjoyed… This led me to get more in-depth into the world of yoga, meditation, prayer, and coaching.

I found more reasons than ever to be alive, I found coaches, guides, and angels that helped me along the way and I went back to being in love with life, to being happy, loving, accepting, and forgiving others and more importantly forgiving myself.

That’s how I found my mission in life of inspiring, motivating, and guiding the younger generation, helping them break free from toxic situations and thoughts, creating an environment and style of life-based on happiness and wellness, through personalized coaching programs, trainings, workshops, and keynotes.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, but what is life without bumps in the road?

I encountered feelings of loneliness, seeing myself away from my family, having to deal with the challenges of balancing a personal and professional life. All the learning curves of “growing up” and having to learn those lessons and subjects that are not taught in school (stress management, emotional intelligence, productivity, positive thinking).

I’ve always been one of going on adventures and trying new things, but when being faced with multiple jobs while studying two careers, managing my own time, dealing with people of different personalities, learning to say NO and discovering myself after getting lost time and time again, things got tough.

Looking back at all the struggles, obstacles and challenges that I had to go through to be where I am today, I am glad I never gave up.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Anadel Alberti – what should we know?
