So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My mother started the business over 30 years ago. I have been in the office since I was an infant. As I got older, I was able to help out more, filing, answering phones, etc. Now I’m 28 and working full time!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being a small business is never an easy task. Especially now with the internet, big companies are hard to compete with. Gaining and keeping customers is more of a challenge with the way technology has gone.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Network Insurance – what should we know?
We are an insurance agency specializing in general lines. We write home, auto, boat and GL policies. Our customer service and attention to detail are what sets us apart from the rest. We work 24/7 to make sure our customers are taken care of and satisfied. Our goal is to always get our customers the best pricing with the necessary coverages. Most of these big companies are not providing the necessary coverages for their customers and when there is a claim they are not properly covered. We are alphas there for our customers, they trust us to keep them protected!
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
My devotion to my customers is what makes me so successful. Our customers stay loyal because we are always there with help and knowledge. We provide personal service, you aren’t just a number to us, we appreciate each and every one of our customers. We like to get to know them on a personal level so, we can have the best relationship possible as well as be able to suggest the best coverages for their specific needs.
