Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Quin.
Alex, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Since the last time I got to speak with Voyage MIA in 2017, we’ve shifted UADV™ into multiple projects we now run and/or own. Our team has created a movement called “Hustle Inspires Hustle™” that has a reality show that is run on multiple social platforms powered by brands like Sixt Rent-a-Car, Prive Revaux, and Tile. We’ve also added businesses like Palmeramia and The Billionaires’ Club to our UADV™ umbrella.
I am also the executive producer for multiple film projects that are being released on platforms like Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. I recently spoke at the Dream Masterminds event in Miami with speakers like Brett David, Mark from Ikonick, Gerard Adams, Tariq (Co-Founder of Rolling Loud), Jason Stone, and Alex Mijares.
Being the youngest speaker there, it was an honor to be invited by Gil Antolin, the owner of Luxury World Traveler, whom I previously chauffeured for when I was 18 years old.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Throughout this journey, you will struggle with emotional stress or mental anxiety, and you’ll feel like you can’t succeed. But with each failure, you learn to overcome your own thoughts and become stronger each time. You’ll lose some friends or family along the way, but what is important is to surround yourself with people who uplift you. Your team needs to radiate positive energy and grind at the same level you do.

I am the CEO of UADV™- a Forbes-Accredited Marketing Firm that has multiple brands under their umbrella-like Palmeramia, The Billionaires’ Club, and Hustle Inspires Hustle™. I specialize in strategic partnerships and scaling companies, alongside executive producing Netflix-bound film projects.
Although I have multiple projects going on, I am passionate about giving back to others which is why I started the UADV Foundation, which supports four main philanthropies (Single Mothers, Education, Gun Violence, and Water Conservation).

Being raised by a single mother, I owe a lot of my success to her. Working three+ jobs when I was young to keep us stable, I saw the struggles she went through and vowed to work hard to provide for her and my family.
