Growing up in Houston, Texas, I had always been drawn to the warm and vibrant culture of South Florida. As a child, I would frequently visit my grandparents in Fort Lauderdale, and it was there that I first fell in love with the area and knew that I would eventually call it my home.
Today, I am proud to be a resident of Lighthouse Point, a beautiful coastal community located in the heart of South Florida. My deep love and appreciation for the area, combined with my extensive knowledge of the local market, make me an excellent partner for those looking to buy or sell real estate in the area.

I earned my degree in Health Science, with a minor in Marine Biology, from The University of Tampa, and I am always trying out new group fitness classes in the area.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been quite a rigorous journey in the world of real estate. The road has been far from smooth, and there have been numerous challenges along the way. Despite the obstacles, I was determined to succeed. I obtained my license during the COVID-19 pandemic when the real estate market seemed to be at a standstill and it felt as though no one was buying or selling property. But as the market picked up, the competition became fierce. There were even highly experienced agents who were unable to get their offers accepted.
However, with the support and guidance of my coach and mentor, I was able to overcome these difficulties and close 27 transactions in my first year as a real estate agent in one of the most competitive markets. This was no small feat, and I am proud of what I was able to accomplish.
Working predominantly with buyers also presented its own set of challenges as the market was not favorable for buyers. But I was determined to help my clients find the property of their dreams, even in an unfavorable market. I had to be creative and resourceful, using all my skills and knowledge to negotiate and secure the best deals for my clients.
I believe that the struggles and difficulties I faced only made me stronger and more determined to succeed. I learned that persistence and determination are key to success in the real estate industry. I also learned the importance of having a supportive network of mentors and colleagues who believe in your abilities and are willing to help you grow and succeed.
I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that I have had in the world of real estate. Despite the challenges and obstacles, I am proud of what I have achieved and I am excited to continue growing and learning in this industry.

The real estate industry is poised for incredible growth in the coming years, and as a South Florida-based professional, I am excited to be a part of this exciting time in the industry. South Florida, with its unique coastal location, presents a unique set of opportunities and challenges for the real estate market. The limited amount of available land along the coastline means that the supply of homes will always be relatively low compared to the steady influx of people moving to the area.
One of the most exciting trends that I see emerging in the industry is the continued increase in vertical construction. As the demand for housing continues to grow, we are likely to see more and more innovative engineering solutions, designed to make the most of the limited available land. This will result in taller and more densely populated buildings, and I believe that this trend will only continue to gain momentum in the years to come.
