Joolia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m JOOLIA – Producer, DJ, Founder & CEO of Crypto Rave Inc.
Being Double platinum Producer & DJ, now based in Miami, FL., I started my music career in Beverly Pills electronic project as Producer, Songwriter, Artist & Label Manager. Beverly Pills are the authors of different radio hits, having releases on such Labels as Axtone Records by Axwell, Showland Records by Swanky Tunes, Universal Music & Effective Records. The project JOOLIA appeared in 2019 and the first track «Coffee» was released on the Effective Records, then more tracks was released on Beverly Pills Records. At the beginning, I was experimenting with Tech House, Progressive & Base House, performing on different EDM Festivals & in famous Clubs. In 2021 I became popular among crypto society & started making NFT collaborations with digital artists. My Crypto Rave Record Label & Crypto Rave as a new music direction appears as a result of searching of the new ways of interactions with Digital world & Metaverse. Aiming to combine electronic dance music with the crypto and blockchain technology to create an innovative new way to enjoy both aspects, the producer wants to popularise the link between the two worlds.
Crypto Rave Inc. was founded in November 2021 and now with the team of professional meta architects, producers, 3D designers & software engineers, we are building a unique platform for artists, fans & brands – new easy and unique tool for the professional musicians to perform in the Metaverse as avatars & monetize their concerts both in crypto & fiat money.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Wow, good question – I never had any smooth roads in my life))) And now, it’s not easy to develop the project because there’s still no mass adoption in crypto & Metaverse sphere, but here in Miami it’s cool because the city attracts a lot of people from the industry, making conferences, festivals, etc., that’s why I’m happy to have all these opportunities right now. & I have a brilliant team. For a long period of time, I had to work somewhere else just to earn money for living & at the same time develop & finance my music projects putting everything there)))
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m combining business & art, I’m both entrepreneur & creator, I think this happened because I started my professional growth from developing business projects in different spheres (Exhibitions, Marketing, Hospitality, Fitness, IT) & after being a top manager for eight years I changed my life completely & started making music. I think that is my main difference from other creators- my business approach & character – I’m always responsible for my projects, respect my partners & I’m cool in communication with people))) I’m proud that I changed my life for 100% and became an artist & producer – it took me a lot of time to learn, but now, already five years I have new neural connections and a whole new world
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Small victories and achievements of the JOOLIA music project – every invitation to perform somewhere as an artist and DJ with my music, every new festival & club). Really I’m happy when I see how people enjoy my music! Why – because I’m giving positive & energy, so I have an opportunity to make somebody’s life a little bit better.
